roof railing doesn't fit, not mountable
We ordered a roof-railing especially for the VW California.
After two weeks of waiting on the shipment, we received a railing that was not mountable on the roof.
The rubber adapters just have the wrong shape.
The service department is poorly - and very limited - accessible.
Now it seems that we got the wrong product.
And the good product is not available anymore.
We have to send back everything but do not have the right packaging material ....
What do we get? Only pain and trouble.
We are very disappointed.
