This online shop is a clear case of fraud!

Even 8 weeks after placing the order, I still haven't even received a shipping confirmation, let alone my ordered items. This, although I was assured BEFORE I placed my order that the goods would be available and would arrive with me within 5-20 days. Now "Genialbest" refuses to cancel the order and refund me the amount already paid.
What this fake shop is doing is called stalling tactics. When asked about the delivery date, excuses are repeatedly put forward such as; we are working on it, you will receive the goods, don't worry, etc.
