I'm 65 years old and I have never experienced the customer service I got with gift baskets overseas. I live in the United States and never sent anything overseas and I wanted to send a gift basket, so I used this company to send a special basket to Columbia South America. When it arrived it wasn't exactly as I saw it online, the customer service jumped on it that same day and sent a brand new basket at no charge with even more than the original basket had in it. The communication was fantastic, they would get back to me within 24 hours every time, there was a lot of back and forth. Then I wanted to send the same person a spa package but I didn't know any places in that country. I wrote to my representative at gift basket overseas and he took care of everything and set up the most fantastic spa package. That's not even part of what they have in their catalog but he took it upon himself to find this special Spa facility. I've never written a review before but this customer service was so over the top that I just felt it necessary to take some time so that others can experience this wonderful company, so if you're thinking of using gift baskets overseas I recommend them very highly, you will not be sorry.
