Una semana para preparar el paquete y mandarlo.…
Realize un pedido un jueves 18 y hasta el otro jueves 25 de la semana siguiente no me mandaron el email diciendo que ese día me habían mandado el paquete...yo habia llamado estrañada que no había recibido nada,pensando que evidentemente en esos dias ya me habian mandado el paquete..pues no..5 días laborables ya que el sábado su compañía de transporte no trabajaba...y pagando 22€ de envío que se supone que es "rápido" Evidentemente en cuanto lo mandaron en dos días lo tuve.
Toda la explicación que me dieron es que legalmente podían tardar ese tiempo .
Muy mal...no lo recomiendo para nada.
Al menos disculparte por la demora de mandar el paquete,argumentando cualquier causa .
