Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 2,384 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Many customers found the steps and lessons helpful, providing new insights and coping mechanisms in an engaging way. People appreciate the clear, concise information and the non-overwhelming approach, making it easy to implement into daily routines. Reviewers are particularly happy with the tools provided and the psychological insights, which help them understand their brains better and offer hope for managing tasks. However, some customers were dissatisfied because they expected a dedicated app but found it was only accessible via a website, leading to confusion about the product's nature. A few other people also felt that the content offered was similar to information freely available online and that the product did not live up to its advertising as a gamification app.

So far it’s been helpful bite sized steps and thoughts. I like that I’m learning about my brain too so I can better understand why some decisions are more challenging than others.

I’m loving Day 1 so far…I feel seen…but I also feel mislead and slightly mistrustful. I assumed there would be an app associated with this platform. I’m worried about my ability to succeed with this.... See more

Easy to understand

The platform was incredibly easy to understand and use. The interface is clean, and I didn't experience any issues finding what I needed

It says it is in an app

It says it is in an app, but is entirely web-based, so not anything I would call an "app". Apple and Google Play probably wouldn't put up their shenanigans. It wasn't anything special that I felt was worth the price so I went to cancel. That's when I learned that to cancel you have to contact customer support. While they said they have a 30 day money back guarantee, but Darren from customer support said:
"you are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get recognizable changes/results, provided that all of the following conditions are met: you contact us within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and you have followed our program:

(i) at least during 6 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase (for monthly and more lengthy subscription periods),
(ii) at least during 4 consecutive days within the first 7 days after the purchase (for weekly subscription periods); and
(iii) you can demonstrate that you've completed the program by providing screenshots of completed lessons from the plan as proof.

In order to proceed with a full refund, screenshots confirming usage of the service for 6 consecutive days are required in line with these conditions." So now I have jump through more of their hoops just to get a refund. Stay away from these ADHD exploiters!

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We’re sorry to hear that the product and refund process did not meet your expectations.

To clarify, our service is provided as a web-based platform (Progressive Web App) rather than a downloadable app store application. We understand that this distinction may not have been what you expected when signing up.

Regarding cancellations, subscriptions can be canceled at any time through our support team. Refund requests are reviewed according to the terms of our Money-Back Guarantee, which are intended to allow users sufficient time to engage with the program before evaluating its effectiveness. We understand that you may disagree with these requirements, and we appreciate you sharing that perspective.

We take all feedback seriously and would welcome the opportunity to review your case once more. Please contact us at support@get-chillio.app using your account email, and our team will be happy to look into your concerns and provide further assistance.

Best regards,
Chillio Support Team
