It’s basically a high-fidelity character engine disguised as a chat app. Whether you’re into the social aspect or not, the sheer render power behind the images and videos is some of the most polished consumer-facing AI I’ve seen lately. It makes you realize just how fast the line between digital and physical is blurring.

Lots of ways for the service to extract money from customers… £37 was taken from my account without authorisation ! The chat page does not load at all so the product is pretty useless. I have emailed many times and had no response at all so the customer service is non existent ! A very poor product and service !!!

The charge was made without any prior notice or clear confirmation.
There is no refund option available anywhere on the website.
The service is extremely poor and does not match what is advertised at all.
The best way to describe it is that it feels like “artificial stupidity,” not artificial intelligence.
Many things that should be allowed on the platform are unreasonably blocked.
Most importantly, there is no option to cancel future subscription payments, which forced me to cancel my bank card entirely to stop further charges.

Yes, Get Honey, I can spare 3 minutes for my honest feedback on my experience: It felt like a total rip-off, and I'm sure I'm not the only one with that experience. Being constantly bombarded with your token "discounted offers" was just extremely annoying, and it didn't take long before I decided to cancel my subscription when you confiscated 50% of my (way too expensive) tokens for no reason at all! Btw, the 4- and 5-stars user reviews here at Trustpilot, I suspect were posted by yourself. Your 10.6/100 rank at Scam Detector should be a red warning sign for everyone!

Great experience so far
As an anime fan, I really enjoy using this app. It’s super fun to chat with characters and even create videos and images inspired by my favorite shows. Sometimes it glitches or lags a bit, but overall it’s a great experience.
