Contacted Support regarding the device failing after a Month usage. Sorry only warranted for 30 days. Can't help to resolve the problem with the unit. I was told to THROW IT AWAY!!
I bought an ems foot massager that failed a month after purchase (with only a few uses). As it was outside of the month, Ryoku refused to send a new one or give a refund, just the same line about my complaint being outside of the months return period. There is no warranty on their products unless it's purchased as an addition (or so I've since been told by their customer service team) I've never heard of electrical products having no warranty. A complete waste of 60 pounds. Please don't use this company - better options out there.
Bought foot massager but after only 5 weeks sparks came out of it and it stopped working. I contacted them to be told that they could not offer a refund as it was after 30 days and they could trouble shoot for me. This then consisted of them sending me the instructions for use (which were not included when first sent to be fair!). This was a complete waste of my money and time. Avoid utterly.
Yes the same company is now selling Wi-Fi gadgets that give you free internet which is obviously a scam
Ryoku EMS Foot Massager is a piece of garbage. I ordered one and it never worked from the time i took it out of the box. I have been trying to get my money back and all they want to do is send me a new one even though it was offered with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Save yourself time, money and aggravation and do not purchase. It's definitelya case of "Let the buyer beware"
I had this product for about 7 months. It was fine at first but then stopped working When I asked for a replacement they refused. I paid £60 for this foot massager and it lasted 7 months. With any product there should be at least a year guarantee. I wouldn’t bother with this product if I were you
My feet used to swell up during the day, but the Foot Massager has been a lifesaver. It really helps reduce the swelling and makes my feet feel so much better. Highly recommend it!
