I purchased a K120 on Ebay. Worked great for a min. GETAC support worked with me for free (used computer) to assist me in getting a stable system. This was days of communication. Ultimately, it was a hardware issue (again used computer).

Also had an known issue with the keyboard. It was a loose ribbon I fixed.

I will say GETAC's customer support was awesome. I would buy their product over Panasonic any day of the week. Any other providers outside GETAC or Panasonic, I would not consider.

Awful service, website offers no support even though expensive tablet is under warranty. No response to email and phone number is a voicemail with no response for over a week now. Asked for a manager to look into where my laptop is , no reply.

I must say...I love the laptop I have, good quality but like everything else some bits and pieces after some time (in this case many years will eventually give up).
They offer bumper to bumper guarantee...but when that is finished then you've got a problem.
To find Getac partner that is willing to help?...forget it, good luck with that.
Thousands of pounds worth laptop, but when it comes to find basic replacement parts it is actually mission impossible.
when you finally will get lucky to find someone willing to supply part you need, they will say that minimum order is hundreds of £££ for part that is no more than £20.
Joke, Joke, Joke... nothing else is their after warranty service, or in my case lack of it.
Getac service will send you to local Getac partners and local Getac partners will ignore you and will literally take a p i s s of you.
Shame, Shame and one more time SHAME Getac, when you sell high quality product, make sure your service is high quality as well, otherwise what is the point?

Avoid. Poor quality and a waste of time
