Delivery is always an issue.
The service is ok but it’s very problematic not being able to pick a delivery day- it’s just dispatched and you have to be in or you’re out of pocket. I’ve tried delaying when my script is processed, but no matter what I do it’s always delivered on a Tuesday which is the only day I have an issue with. If they could let you pick a delivery date or a pickup location it would be 5*.

I was lured by the initial low price, but it's not worth it.
Having used two other online pharmacies, I can confidently say Get A Drip is the most disorganised provider I’ve encountered. Despite a "smooth" initial checkout, the post-purchase process is an administrative disaster.
I was requested to upload the same ID and photos daily for several days. Even after delivery, the requests continued.
They clearly lack the expertise to manage patients on a maintenance dose. I faced endless, redundant hurdles that demonstrated a lack of medical nuance.
Avoid if You Value Time. The process is unnecessarily lengthy and frustrating. Every correspondence takes between 24 and 36 hours for a reply.
A quick look at their Trustpilot 1-star reviews proves this isn't a one-off; it’s a pattern of poor service and technical failure. Save yourself the headache and use a reputable pharmacy that actually understands patient care.

Very professional and a quick process.
I had to upload photos; one of myself, one of my weight on scales and one of my ID. The photos had to be redone once only. No silly video call which isn't actually needed. The person I was emailing is called Manushak and they were very helpful and polite.
Approval for GLP-1s took a while but that is understandable due to prescribing rules etc.
Once approved, it took a few days to be dispatched but once it was, it arrived within twelve hours.
I will definitely use Get A Drip again, a very pleasant experience so far.

This company have been great, it's a shame they only use DPD to deliver , twice i have had issues with delivery , leaving parcel on door step,on a main road , when I have given DPD my safe place , had one parcel stollen . BUT Get A Drip sorted it out and I got a refund from DPD . Have been given a discount code twice .
