    What Customer Service :(

    What Customer Service :( - remains to be seen if the the item actually works, but the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing, and its not the cheapest on the market, I would use another company next time, not worth the hassle.

    Avoid at all costs

    Avoid at all costs. Sent a Mounjaro parcel out, it got stopped by DPD and returned to Get a drip for "unknown reasons"
    Get a drip keep advising it's with DPD and for me to travel 2 hours to collect when tracking shows DPD have returned it. There are no signs of the parcel, no refund. My bank have agreed with my evidence straight away and agree a chargeback of my £219 is appropriate.

    Use other online pharmacies for Mounjaro if you are looking at it, get a drip is not professional.

    Update 11/03 - Get a drip have emailed me to say that they wont be sending out a replacement. They have said DPD wont continue with the claim so its not their fault. I am now £219 out of pocket and no medication.

    I am not even sure now an order was sent out. No evidence has been provided of this. Total scam company, avoid!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, TRYING TO GET THIS REVIEW REMOVED, MY COMPLAINT IS TRUE LEGITIMATE AND TOOK AN OFFICIAL LETTER TO THEM TO SAY I WAS GOING TO RAISE THE COMPLAINT WITH THE CARE COMMISSION, TRADING STANDARDS, THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU, GOT A REFUND WITHIN DAYS OF THIS, (I CAN PROVIDE DETAIL TO OTHERS IF YOU NEED IT) - THIS DOESNT MAKE MY COMPLAINT FALSE OR GO AWAY, WHEN YOU MAKE A CUSTOMER THIS UNHAPPY AND I WOULDNT HAVE OR SHOULDN'T HAVE NEEDED TO GO TO THESE LEVELS TO GET A RESOLUTION, THIS IS THE RESULT AND ITS A LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT I CAN POST YOUR ULTIMATE REPLY IF IT HELPS - Per your reply, the chargeback was cancelled you have told me the refund has been done 6 times and to wait 5/7 days for the refund to be done, i have asked for the reference number more than 6 times and been told you will get it to me, including today, i have been told you are escalating this, you know all of this so this is yet again another excuse, just refund me or give me the appropriate no to check with my bank, have you even read the emails, its disgraceful!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - They dont even deserve 1 star - Order cancelled 16th January and im still waiting on a refund £259, I have been sent round in circles by their terrible customer services, still waiting on the payment reference no to further query with my bank, no answer.     Bought the product beginning january…

    Bought the product beginning january had it delivered left at the door for everyone to see no one home when i checked email saying its been delivered i checked not there contacted them explaining i not recieved it they pretty much told me i was to chase the courier , i chased yes they left it obviously some one stole it courier a well known one delivery orders are that it must be delivered with photo proof to household member now im £129 out of pocket as both companies fobbing me off as who should refund me since then ive had ring doorbell installed so I HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE of any further deliveries case is still on going 2 months later ... as####es

    I was a bit worried after checked the reviews but they offered a very good price on weightloss treatment. I had no issue what so ever, received my well packed order within 5 working days. I also received regular updates and a time slot via email and text. Found them very straight forward and would happy to use them again :)

    Unsafe medical practice, unauthorized billing, and breach of privacy (GDPR)

    I am shocked by the lack of professional standards at Get A Drip. I have used Mounjaro for two years through other providers (MedExpress and Curate) who always conduct a clinical assessment and confirm the dose before dispensing. Get A Drip, however, operates like a reckless subscription box with zero medical oversight.
    ​Without any consultation to check my progress, side effects, or even asking if I wanted to stay on my current dose, they automatically deducted over £200 from my account for a 7.5mg pen and dispatched it while I was on holiday. Because they did not wait for my confirmation or provide a secure delivery window, the medication was left on my doorstep.
    ​This created two major issues:
    ​Breach of Privacy/GDPR: I did not want my neighbors to know I was on this medication. Their forced delivery meant I had to ask a neighbor to collect the package, compromising my private medical data and my right to confidentiality.
    ​Medical Safety: Because I couldn't tell my neighbor what was in the package, it was not refrigerated and sat outside for two days. When I asked the pharmacy to confirm if the medication was still safe or to provide a refund for their error, they refused to help.
    ​They seem more interested in taking money than patient safety or the law. Increasing a patient's dose without a review is dangerous, and their delivery process is a total violation of medical privacy. Avoid this company at all costs.

    To clarify, your order was processed under an active subscription on your account. Prior to processing, you completed the required wellbeing questionnaire, and the prescription was issued by the prescriber based on the information provided within that assessment. Orders are only processed and dispatched once this information has been reviewed.

    We did not receive a request to place your order on hold while you were away, nor was the subscription cancelled before the order was processed. As a result, the order proceeded in line with your active subscription schedule.

    In relation to delivery, customers are able to manage delivery preferences directly with the courier, including selecting a designated safe place or adjusting delivery instructions if they are not available to receive the parcel. Additionally, the external packaging used does not display any information relating to medical contents.

    Your order was therefore processed in accordance with the information submitted through your account and the active subscription settings.

    We apologise for the frustration caused.

    As fast as a Sloth, as helpful as a rock. Avoid!

    The consultation itself was straightforward and efficient - no complaints there. Unfortunately, everything that follows moves at the speed of continental drift.
    Let’s start with the upload portal. It desperately needs further development. You upload the requested evidence… and it politely asks you to upload it again, and again... Despite the document clearly sitting there. Instead of confirming a successful upload, it just lingers on “pending” with a cheerful little “re-upload” option, as if you’ve got nothing better to do. A simple “Upload successful” message would save a lot of unnecessary frustration.
    Then comes the consultation review and approval stage- Painfully slow! And once you finally get approved (celebration is brief), you’re introduced to yet another sluggish phase: item dispatch. At this point, you start wondering if the warehouse is staffed entirely by sloths on tea break.
    Would I recommend them? Honestly, no. The only reason they still have the upper hand is the first order discount price. If efficiency mattered as much as affordability, this experience would look very different.
    Edit: I had given them 3 stars but that was far too generous! Their service is terrible. Its been radio silence for over 48hrs and am still waiting for a dispatch notification.
