No customer service, Won’t Respond to Emails.
No customer service, no response from
company. I ordered a vacuum from them on December 9, 2024. The item arrived over a month later and I needed to return it. I contacted them on the email address listed on their website and never got a response. I sent four emails over three months and still haven’t received a response. I reported the purchase with my credit card company and they refunded my money. But still no contact from Aerovac. There’s no phone number listed to call anyone. Complete scam.

Easy to put on and take off too, great buttons
I love these, they are comfortable for my baby- easy to put on and off. Buttons are great, just good quality. Most used clothing so far.

Customer service is crappy and promises…
Customer service is crappy and promises are hollow. Just seems like a lie. Tried stopping the order and they ignored me. Tried to return it they ignored me, then said I could send it back and I’d have to pay shipping. Even when I tried stopping it a week before they sent it.

Scam product
Scam product. I ordered the vacuum a month ago. The company created a tracking label, but USPS never received the item. I have sent multiple emails to the company, and they only send back an auto response. This is 100% a scam, and there are plenty of Reddit threads about this. I have left negative comments on their Instagram along with other customers, and they just go in and delete them.
