Coney in Customer Service has been so courteous and helpful after my AirGrid cushion went missing, possibly due to the USPS putting it in the wrong mailbox. I provided documentation as to my attempts to locate it, and he has graciously directed a replacement to be sent at no additional cost. I'm very grateful and pleased by his response and look forward to receiving it!
Customer service is outstanding! I couldn't get product to work so emailed them and received a quick email in return with a video of how to use.It worked! So happy with their customer service and so far we are liking the product, too!

Sadly, the AirGrid cushion was not comfortable for my Wife. She struggles with pain as a result of her accident related paraplegia and we were hopeful it might give her the relief no other cushion has been able to provide. When I brought this to the AirGrid Team's attention and asked for return instructions, I was surprised that they understood and told me they would credit my account and I should just give the cushion to someone I felt might benefit from it. Now that is a level of Customer Service you seldom find today. If you are not sure about giving AirGrid a try - don't be. They have proven to me that they will honor their return policy with understanding and all the assistance you may need.
