THIS SITE IS A SCAM
You pay for unlimited resits and immediately ask for more money to re-book a resit. Customer support only contacts you to attempt leech more money off of you, they will cease all communication when you refuse and ask for refund. Reported to Consumer Rights

I am only giving them one star as i could not give none. Terrible service. 2 emails saying pm test only as my son was at school and 2 am tests made. Customer service is appalling so i had to go through my bank to get a full refund. Booked a test via gov.uk site for exact time we were looking for and for £23 . Avoid at all costs and book via the Gov.uk site
They have scammed my son for his theory test and I will never use again and not getting refund from them so getting police and trading standards involve as they are defrauded people out of money paid £48.98 for a £23 theory and my son couldn’t take the mock tests online as the website crashed when the theory was changed and the account was never reset with the new theory test date on and was messaging them for a whole month to get it reset to take the mock tests and they said it would be reset and never got done and my son has failed his theory and going to cost us again because of these scammers avoid at all cost as they are doing FRAUD AND NEED TO BE STOPPED.
scammers! advertise unavailable dates that you book and pay for then offer you a booking 3 months later and refuse to refund. its appaling and disgusting. their customer service is even worse,

Do not use. I did not realise that this company was not the actual site to book a driving theory test. My booking did not go through. The breakdown of payment from time of booking to then payment been taken was different. Booking was not processed as I requested it be cancelled but also information provided was incorrect so no booking was made. I have not yet received a refund. And i have been told I will only receive a partial refund which is less than half of the payment they have taken from me. Do NOT USE, SCAM
Use the DVLA website to book driving tests. Do not be conned into using this website they charge more than double for exactly the same service but the website pops up before the official one - my son just got scammed booking his theory test

Recently I have booked theory test WITH GETAPASS highly disappointed with their bad services, they are charging high fee by misleading information
Charging more than double from actual fee £48.94 by mentioning with big and highlighted details like unlimited sitting and resitting. They mentioned somewhere in small statement pass three mock test even can’t see and not noticeable.
After failing my test when I want to resit booking they just denied by saying that I have to pay again 35 pound for next booking because I didn’t passed 3 mock test with them, which I didn’t knew before that this is the condition. Highly not recommended. They wasted my precious time. It’s openly a fraud system. Very sad👎🏻
