The company itself seems solid and the app is super easy to use, but the buying experience for me has felt very shady. I have been able to actually buy one Rolex (a Datejust 41) out of 4 attempts to purchase a watch here, and the quality was superb. The other three attempts involved putting down a CC deposit to hold the watch, waiting for a response, and then having the transaction rejected by the seller. Is it just me, or is it really weird to offer full ask for these watches and have the offer rejected with no explanation? Why put something up for sale if you don’t intend to sell it? It feels like a technique to get me to spend more than I intended on a different piece, and I don’t trust the process now.

Waited 6 months to write this review and I should have done it sooner. I HIGHLY recommend Bezel. I just happened to stumble upon Bezel when searching for an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra in lavender. This was the first time hearing of this company so I was super skeptical - this is a big purchase after all! So I did some research and found a podcast the owner did, which I listened to, and it provided the reassurance I needed that this was a legit company and gave me the confidence in going forward in making my purchase. This was my first luxury watch purchase and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Everything from putting in an offer, the acceptance of the offer, and securing the watch was flawless. The communication from Bezel regarding every step in the buying/certification process was super helpful. Once the watched passed inspection I received it within days. The packaging was superb, the presentation of the box/watch was impeccable. And most importantly the watch was literally like brand new for a fraction of the price if purchased via Omega directly.

I bought a watch at auction
I bought a watch at auction, an overseas watch. For some reason, it could not be delivered to me so the team offered to replace it with a new watch. They called me one evening when I’d gotten back from work. I was tired. I accepted their offer. The next morning after considering the offer, I changed my mind and did not want the new watch. I called them back and told them I would just rather take the refund, they accepted and refunded my money. I tremendously respect and appreciate their integrity. It seems to be rare in business today I will definitely look to do business with them in the future. Thank you.
