Be wary of reviews complaining about not being able to return. This is clearly stated by Boomba. If there is an issue with the product itself, fair enough but I bought from Boomba, knowing there was a risk that it wouldn't fit and if it didn't, I could not return it. People shouldn't read a return policy and expect a different result.

What I disliked....I ordered the biggest size of the invisible lift, which according to the size charts should have fit me. I could tell before I even took them out of the box that they would not fit. I reached out to Boomba and despite my order being completely untouched, apart from me opening the lid, they were unable to offer me a solution I was happy to proceed with. In fairness to Boomba, that is clearly stated on their website. They did make attempts to provide me with solutions but as their largest size did not fit me, there was nothing more to be done for me.

What I liked...The ordering process from Boomba was very easy, there is lots of informative information available to help with sizing and use of products as well as picking the right one. The shipping was as explained on the website - I ordered in the UK and it took approx. 9 working days. I had a query about my order and was very satisfied with the customer support process, they responded quickly and gave me the information I needed.

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money. I purposely did not remove the plastic in case they didn’t fit to return them only to find out they are not refundable. Even if not used or barely unpacked. It’s quite shocking that this is their policy as it should be made abundantly clear so people wouldn’t fall for it. They don’t fit they don’t lift and look awful with everything I tried. I would urge everyone to avoid wasting their money as I wish I had not wasted mine.

They look awful! Don’t waste your money.

I read the directions and spent 45 minutes trying to make them work on different tops. I tried backless, strapless and halter. One cotton, one suede and one silk.

They made the clothes lumpy and you can see the triangle outline. They don’t lift my boobs and they look worse than when I just let them hang.

Worst is their no refund policy. I urge you to not waste your money.

I’m very happy with my purchase!! It kept my breasts lifted and up where they needed to be all night long.

If you are looking for that boosted look, these are for you!! they made my girlies look so good in my bikini. i have never felt so confident on the beach before!

These inserts work really well and arrived within 4 days. I'm in the Chicago area if that helps.

bought for my daughter for her dance and the nipple covers were great. gave good coverage and she said they did not move during her recital at all.

I placed an order on 8/1 and today is 9/1 and I have not received the product. I have contacted customer service twice and received the same transit status both times. I would not recommend if you need your item within the month.

They are disgusting! They keep emailing me on my socials asking to ‘collaborate’ with them in exchange for free product. They attached the whole brief and selling points. First of all - if I never replied it means I’m not interested, therefore such spamming behaviour is just pathetic. Secondly, if you attach a brief and want someone to work for you - you are supposed to PAY THEM. Not offer free useless product. And third - trust pilot specified under this company that they’ve deleted a lot of fake reviews. They have 0 ethic morals and product is cheap - think before purchasing from such company.

I’m a mature lady who hasn’t used anything like this before, and the customer service was really patient and helpful. I can’t believe they can hold me up! Recommended to several of my friends and they seem to enjoy them as well.

Really love the inserts. Had some problem putting them on and I DM'd them on IG and they replied immediately and solved my problem.

Terrible product and even worse customer care. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this product. This company is basically collecting money off people for garbage in return. It’s horrible that they are allowed to be in business.

The worst customer service- Very unprofessional . The inserts didn’t stick on and they made it so difficult to return. They were a waste of money. Please save your money and don’t get these inserts

DO NOT BUY FROM BOOMBA - if you do & there are any issues, they will give you the run-around for weeks trying to get you to give up from getting a refund from their horrible products. The adhesive starts melting & turns to goop coming off the inserts within a half hour. And even though I had pics to prove this, they tell you to "use warm water to put the adhesive back on" which doesn't work nor could I trust wearing them out after that- totally useless AI responses wanting you to pay about $50CND to reship (& destroy them in photos prior lol) not sure why I would trust paying more again to receive more defective product. Not to mention the sizing recommendations are totally wrong, & the clip versions comes unclasped, so despite the adhesive issue they didn't fit properly anyways. This was not at all worth the money, nor the hassle through many emails that led no where.

Product is okay, does its job but nothing special.

My review is based on brand interaction. They don’t handle complaints or feedback well, which is not a good look on the brand. I had commented ONE complaint in regard to newsletter spam, and the fact it continued after I had unsubscribed. Instead of addressing the concern they blocked me on social media.

So beware if you sign up to the database, be prepared for up to 20 emails in your inbox a day and around peak sales periods, followed by petty actions when you raise it as an issue.

Will no longer be supporting them anymore.

I double ordered and did not notice until I checked out. After I sent an email, the customer service replied promptly to confirm and was able to help me cancel one of the double ordered items right away and refund it back to my card. I really appreciated how fast they handled the situation. I just got my package today and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and packaging.

This is a scam. Do not buy from them. It’s just a waste of time and money. It’s not cheap either look at the photos that I will attach because this is what happened and I didn’t even get to wear it. I contacted customer support and all they said is that I hope you understand, but your top is not compatible With the item. I just tried this on and this is what happened and there is no resolution so don’t waste your time.
