It took four months and a chain of 75 emails to return and get a refund for an order that had a product I didn't order in it!
Service is horrible as most emails to the support center are responded to by bots who send the same message over and over. Once in awhile there's a human, and they aren't so helpful either... But if you're willing to keep at it for four months you Might have some success.

SCAM using AI to sell a product

SCAM using AI to sell a product. I purchased and quickly realized it was a scam using Oprah and Adele AI to sell the product. I cancelled the order hours after. They offered 30% off. I told them not to send it to me and refund. They told me to refuse delivery. I didn’t open anything and refused delivery. Then they started questioning why with all these useless tactics only today they will give me 80% refund. Umm no I never even got the product. I’m hoping my CC dispute comes through. Folks beware of this ripoff.

I purchased a different product but…

I purchased a different product but received burnjaro/ 6 months worth. Well, guess what the bottles so far are coming up short by one pill. That’s 29 pills not 30 as the bottles so says clearly. I thought ok, just maybe just this first bottle. I started counting the pills when ever I open a new bottle. I’m on the Fourth bottle, all short a pill/ 29 in each bottle. So , you tell me, really perhaps they figured no one would notice a pill missing. Worse yet, I haven’t lost any weigh, I’m on the fourth bottle. Because I paid a ridiculous amount for these pills, I’ve continued to take them but haven’t even lost anything. Such a stupid waste of. I’m pretty sure I sent a message regarding the bottles missing a pill. No response.

SCAM DO NOT BUY

After contacting Burn Jaro telling them the product was not working for me and asking for a refund, they told me I had to use the product the full 60 days. I did so with the same outcome...NO change. I have contacted them and there has been absolutely no response. They do NOT stand behind their product as advertised!

This company doesn't deserve even 1 star

This company doesn't deserve even 1 star. They are insincere, dishonest and a complete scam. I ordered from an Oprah site with 180 days guarantee. I ordered on the 28th of a month and had for less than 60 days. It did absolutely nothing for me.
I called and they said it had only a 60 day guarantee, which I was not a candidate for since I ordered on the 18th, it had to reach them by the 18th. They go by the date you order not the date you receive. And by the date they get it back!
Offered me 50% back, keep the product. Why? it does not work.

Scam imo

Scam imo reading reviews and unethical and incompetent processing refund and stop order when given timely within minutes of mistakenlying ordering. I canceled within minutes of ordering and only got it experimental w my medical condition but considered medically dangerous for me. I was researching and pressed purchase by mistake. It was sent on the run around 3 different parts of their system cartpanda and two others. Their phone support only says email. Despite telling them to cancel immediately and c.cing all of them they still shipped a few days later making me return . Po is inaccessible BTW so I have to bother others. Then I read other sites that they don't even refund the money then and There are complaints on masse the product doesn't work. Not surprising sin e Stanford Is associated with other major research scandal such that top administration Had to resign. I contact The credit Card company immediately And they said they would.
Help with dispute Whence the pending status disappears. I suggest maybe the attorney general of your state can help. There is a twenty four hour rule where you can get a refund within the first twenty four hours on some products But I don't know if that applies to this.

Thank you trust pilot For credible reviews.

Oprah said this as legit... :(

You know, I should know better than to get pulled into these infomercial type things, but I figured I'd give Burn (Slim) Jaro a try. I mean if Oprah is vouching for it, it must be legit and not just a money grab for someone who doesn't need it. I took Burn Jaro as prescribed for 20 days. Much to my disappointment, I am now 7 pounds heavier than when I started. This product doesn't work and I just wanted to cut my losses and get my money back. Yeah, that's not happening. You know there's an issue when you receive the same auto response seconds after sending an email with some gobbledy-gook info about trying the product for longer and offering a 30% refund for my troubles...and the renamed product Slim Jaro is even worse because as has been stated here, the emails are returned undeliverable and the phone numbers are worthless.

Whats worse is the company that takes your money. Cartpanda is a total joke and probably getting a cut of the scam profits. I explained my situation with Burn Jaro and got repeated auto-replies about it being best to contact the experts at Burn Jaro. Clearly, they aren't even bothering to read the emails.

It wont matter in the end except to make me feel a little better about the situation, but I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe if enough of us file complaints we can get this product off the market. I filed a complaint against Cartpanda as well. They are just as responsible for marketing this mess and taking our money.

Lastly, I want to find the email address for Oprah Winfrey. Ive never really been a fan, but as I said at the beginning of this message, I figured if it had her backing, it had to be legit. Yeah, not so much. Just another billionaire playing us all for fools and enriching themselves in the process. 100% SCAM...

AWFUL COMPANY- renew on promise and no way to contact

Biggest problem is failure to honor a "100% money back guarantee". The website directs users to email a refund request but that went ignored for a few days. I resent, still ignored. I called the customer service number, the agent redirected me to a "BurnJaro specialist" number....but that number was a voice recording telling me I had to submit return requests by email. I sent another two emails, heard nothing, until I threatened to report to my credit card company for fraud. Then I finally received a response which offered me a "30% refund as a courtesy", let me know the stipulations of the refund policy. I responded that I was within all guidelines of time and dissatisfaction, wanted a refund, and received the exact same performed email in return. Tried again, same response. So there is nobody to talk to, and even if I wanted to accept their ridiculous offer there are not instructions or way to get it. So we spend almost $300, had an absolute money back guarantee, and are stuck with no refund and 5+ bottles of a useless product. Also, was hard to get through original sales process, kept trying to upsell and forced to go to many windows before completing the sale.

My Mom died and they would not refund an unopened product

I don't know if the product works, though what I know is I emailed them to pass along sad news: my Mom had passed away and asked to return the product for a full refund to her credit card. I was greeted by "auto-reply" telling me the product must be tried for 60-days before a refund could be issued and within the email "magnanimously" offering "her" a 30% refund. I replied to "Natalie" thinking their reply was a mistake and received the same canned message.
Actions I have taken: 1) I have returned their unopened product; 2) I have had the credit card company dispute the payment and credit my Mom's card; and 3) submitted an Attorney General complaint to Florida

First

First, when I received my confirmation, it was for double the quantity I ordered. My attempts to reach them were ignored.
When the product was received the label on the the bottles did not contain any of the ingredients that were mentioned in the video. Again, I emailed and got no acknowledgment.
I called the Catpanda, the company this was processed through. 05They had a listed phone number on my receipt but were not interested and suggested I call Burnjaro. Somehow Glamfit is also part of this mystery company.
The product is a total scam and the affiliates, especially Cartpanda are part of the whole scam.
There is no pink salt in this miracle pink salt trick!
Buyer beware!

They will not return my money

They will not return my money. I have written them several emails. I took their product for 10 days with no results. What made me mad was that they told me about all the good stuff in their product, yet it's essentially just a probiotic. I can buy the same thing on Amazon for $3.99. It is junk and a scam.

This "Pink Salt Trick" come-on is a SCAM!

This "Pink Salt Trick" come-on is a SCAM. FAKE AI-generated infomercials are being widely circulated on YouTube pretending that celebrities like Megyn Kelly and Oprah Winfrey are endorsing this worthless product. They are NOT. Additionally, they claim that the product is made by Eli Lilly, who specifically have a webpage stating that they DO NOT and that issued a warning about the dangers of fake and compounded versions of its diabetes and weight loss medications Mounjaro and Zepbound.
WHY doesn't the Federal Trade Commission shut these scam artists down and lock them?
