Working towards a great outcome!

My experience started off a little rocky, however, I have been able to work through it with a dedicated campaign manager and things are definitely looking brighter. I look forward to continuing and potentially hiring more callers once we can work out the small kinks.

I've tried various call center services…

Changed agents on me with no notice

Everything was going great for the first week. On boarding was easy and the agents were eager to learn. In the second week Monday my top agent i chose never showed, no call no show, then on Tuesday the voice recording from my CRM was a completely different person. It carried that way the rest of the week and I cancelled my service on Friday. This happened with no notice to me, the new agent even got on my original agents telegram and acted as if they were the same person yet so much about the person changed.

A totally disappointing experience

A totally disappointing experience. The sales team does well with explaining their services, but when it comes to executing, it falls way short. They regularly say they sent an email and it was never received. They cant include zoom links in the calendar invites (when you do get them). This company has severe email deliverability issues and cant deliver on the services as promised.

This company is a SCAM!

This company is a SCAM!! I have been waiting over a month for my caller to get on the damn phone and crickets. I paid for service weeks ago and they just keep dragging their feet and going in circles. Do yourself a favor and pay like $8-9 an hour for calls because these guys don't $ucking get it!

Rich, we are sorry, but you have to understand that before when you started with us, our campaign managers advised you that your agent will need to prepare and do mock calls for your campaign to better produce for you. We do not throw agents to you to just see what happens. They must undergo script and rebuttal training with you or our QA before they get on the phone live. Please understand that we take quality seriously and it will only benefit your campaign. If you are ok for the agent to start without anything, just let your campaign manager know that you are refusing training and it’s at your discretion. Although we advise against that for your benefit. Once again it’s in our best interest as well as the clients to make sure agents understand the goals and know your script fully before starting out.

Not good for US based local service businesses

I've been exploring the option of using virtual assistants for my local service business. I saw an ad for GetCallers and submitted my info. They followed up the next morning as expected, but the person that called was so difficult to understand, talking too quickly, heavy accent, and the connection was poor. That was not the experience I'm looking to give my clientele. I provided the feedback that I'm no longer interested in their services, and they tried to contact me again immediately. They only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is the "account manager" that called back did apologize. You get what you pay for, and this is $5/hr VA quality.

We send their recordings for your review and to choose from. We don't assign agents to you, you simply choose them based on voice and interview. Love GetCallers!

Hello, I am an Insurance agent. Before GetCallers our office called internet leads. Now, I have two callers that work full time. They are amazing! They are able to transfer live leads which has increased my production in my office. Like any investment you have to spend time with your callers with word tracks, but my callers are very fast learners. I would highly recommend

This company is awful

This company is awful. They switched the agent I interviewed and trained without telling me, and then had that agent impersonate the original agent when talking to me, they went so far as to call themselves the name of the agent I had originally interviewed and trained. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 is because after I threatened legal action, they returned my money to me.

Jason we are sorry you feel this way. The agent was a backup agent in case there is a problem with the original agent which in this case was sick. Every time we do training, as mentioned before to you, the campaign manager automatically trains a backup agent in case there are potential down times with the original agent. To make sure your campaign is smooth. We did speak to the campaign manager regarding this campaign, and were told that you were asking for at least 10 appointments per day or you will cancel the account. As stated during onboarding, we don't guarantee appointments #'s scheduled as we rely mostly on your lists, data, scripts, and business model. We issued you a refund for this, so that we do not set wrong expectations for you and not deliver incorrectly.

Great well trained cold callers!

I had been cold calling lists myself for a couple hours a day for months and not making much progress. But then I decided to start using Get Callers to call my lists full time, 40 hours a week I started exponentially increasing my lead generation. Get Callers has well trained cold callers that communicate with me daily and take instruction very well and are very reasonably priced. Their online platform helps me monitor the cold callers progress. If you need to scale your business Get Callers is a great way to get that done

Overall

Overall, the experience has been great. Everyone has been easy to work with, very responsive, and the team has always put their best foot forward. Four star review because nothing is perfect out of the gate. But, I think this team has a lot of potential and has amazing things ahead.
