They helped me out and walked through the process of getting me what I needed

Camtrix was very responsive to my inquiries in a timely manner

Representative was helpful and gave instructions to return.
Told me 1st email was survey
2nd email would be return address and label
Said that my money would be credited to my bank account upon receipt of merchandise

The response of customer service is extremely fast. I have no idea how this will work out going forward.

The website was very deceiving
Ex:
1. giving me no choice but to pay for priority shipping.
2. Changing my order from 1 to 2
3. Adding a warranty I did not choose or want.
I tried to cancel immediately after seeing the charges. The site makes that impossible

I don’t know about product but if it’s anything like its website it will be disappointing.

Good response time for my request.. unfortunately I’m not going to be able to make use of the camera.

I’ve been looking at different options for security cameras for our home for quite a while. Camtrix reviews look good and the price is much more reasonable than other options.

It took a long time for the parcel to arrive. After multiple emails requesting tracking numbers which i finally received to find the parcels were at the post office.

When i downloaded the app i had difficulty loading the one camera. When the camera was loaded with my Wi-Fi i could not use my Wi-Fi for anything else unless i disabled the camera. I could not load the other 6 cameras as the app did not allow me to load them.

So what is the point of having six cameras if I cannot load them all. The worst thing is that i cannot use my Wi-Fi for any other apps unless i disable the camera.

I have multiple apps running for various systems like solar and alarm just to mention these two. If i cannot run everything else on Wi-Fi it is pointless.

My son who is IT had the same problem when he tried.

Please supply the address where i can send back to you so i can have a refund.

The size and that they don’t swivel. Hard to use where I wanted them.

I contacted Getcamtrix when I had an issue with a company moving significant funds from my bank account for a purchase which I hadn't formally completed. Getcamtrix responded within a few minutes to my rather distraught email and were able to secure a full refund for me. I was extremely relieved and grateful.

This is the second time I am leaving comments so not sure why I am being asked a second time to explain the situation. Basically I have tested and found the mold remover not effective at all in removing any mold from my bathroom shower.

So far so good.Honesty all I can say so far, haven't received product yet.

The jet hose does NOT act as well as advertised. The handle on the hose came undone after 5 minutes operation.

I just received the faulty from your company this morning . And I had replied to Australian relief shop but NO REPLY. I’ ve just send another email to them without reply to them
Wait to get it , Now it’ rubbish

I purchased what I thought was to sleep(zee anti snoring mouthpieces. Four arrived and I was charged $152.15 AUD then again I was charged $68.55 AUD. I did not order four of these but only two. Cost is far too high. We have tried to use one of the products, however, they don't work. We demand a refund and an address to return these please.

It was easy to order and the shipping is very fast
