I am glad with his service. There are lot of fraud in the car shipping people. I found him committed and he realize what we expect to ship a car.

John Will was diligent and speedy in getting us a reasonable price on moving our Jeep. He was flexible with us on dates and was willing to keep working on our project until we found a good solution. Also the driver, Vakhtang Kupriashvili, was so patient, kind and made sure our Jeep was loaded safely. He communicated often and well and he made coordinating the the drop off really easy.

The best part of the car shipping contract was the consistency. Adam told us what was going to happen, it happened exactly that way and our vehicle was delivered on time, without any hitch and no damage whatsoever. We will use Adam again.

...Sam and his staff were extremely helpful and they went out of their way to move my car from Virginia to Kentucky. Sam kept me abreast of the logistics involved in securing a driver and ensured the driver and I had the necessary information to keep in touch once my car had been loaded and headed my way. Shipped my car from Dallas, TX to Hillsboro, OR. Very friendly and professional driver. The agent was amazing too. If needed, I will definitely come back.

Company stated they only use 5 star drivers, whatever that means. They said they would refund their cut of the total bill. I did not see anything on my account so I disputed with my CC company. Details of experience follow:
Terrible shipper, asked to be notified when car was picked up,, nothing. I paid for door to door shipping, driver calls the day of delivery and asks if I have a forklift, what the??? He states that there are two inoperable vehicles in front of my inoperable vehicle, not sure what I was supposed to do. I was charged the inoperable rate, which is about double of working car. Driver refused to deliver my car to the agreed address, he stated his truck was too big. When I booked transport I was told they would do research and let me know when vehicle will be delivered. Like I said I did not hear there was going to be any delivery issues until driver called from down the street and said either I pick up my car or he will take somewhere else. I guess he had the upper hand(my car), anyways I went to the location of his choice and he could not get the vehicle off his truck. I ended up having to go home an bring my truck to drag my vehicle off his. I was told I am going to owe alot more money because I was making him lose time,,, Never Again

This is my first time using an auto-transport service and was recommended to GetCarrier. I worked with Eva, she was very responsive, set expectations and was quick to get back to me.

After the pick-up was scheduled the transport driver was in contact with me, was very responsive and friendly. I was provided the Bill of Lading, pictures and the condition of my car on pick-up and delivery. My vehicle was delivered without a scratch and on-time. They even adjusted delivery to fit my schedule. absolutely no problems. Highly recommend this transport company.

Excellent carrier with competitive price and faster delivery.

I needed a 1961 Chevy Impala transported from Colorado to South Carolina. Tasha Conor helped me set up the covered transportation. She was very polite and patient with me with all the questions I had about delivery and cost. Definitely would recommend her and her transport company.
