Eva took great care of me. The driver was very professional and kept me up to date on the delivery. First time I have had a vehicle transported and I will use these folks again if I ever need to haul another one.

They were quick in getting a quote and identifying a carrier to transport my motorcycle from FL to IN. The first carrier declined the day before pickup and GetCarriers worked on the situation to find another carrier who would come pickup the motorcycle on the original scheduled date. The motorcycle was deliver within 5 days from pickup date (including 3 days of long weekend in between) and delivered with no damages at my door.

GetCarrier had a very good support team that communicated on a timely manner, followed up on inquiries and ensured my shipping needs were taken care.

I called to get a quote because the other carrier that was going to do the transport did not call to verify time of pickup. They told me they would pick it up 3/26/24
then told me that they did not have another driver and when the did the price double. So Andy with Transport Saver said he can have someone that day 3/25/24 to pick it up it was 125.00 more but still alot cheaper than the other carrier. He kept me updated and the driver aswell and got it there in one day less than the other carrier. After it was delivered Andy texted me to see how everything went I told him great and thanks. Will be using Andy with Transport Saver in the future.

John at Get Carrier did a great job for us. And the driver Arnold made it so easy to stay on top of everything. He was great at calling, he was on time. Arnold also had the same practice on the delivery end. My niece who picked up my car was so pleased. This was easy as far as car shipping.

The service team is inexperienced and could not complete the job in absence of a ladder and other equipment to fix AC at 8 to 9 ft height.

Listed my cars on central dispatch without contract or my permission. Refused to remove them. Stay away from this company, they will double book your order so no carrier will take it! John denied listing it, I called 2 times and text multiple times for getcarrier LLC to remove the posting. They keep trying to offer a lower price but deny my listing. This company is NOT trustworthy, stay away!

The response to the hipping request was done quickly and transport from Florida to New Mexico went smoothly with no issues.
The price was very reasonable compared to others I have used recently.
