I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. When I initially inquired about having my vehicle transported, I was quoted a price and assured that my car would be delivered the same day. This promise of quick service was a major factor in my decision to go with them.

However, the real nightmare began when I decided to proceed with their service and provided my credit card information for payment. At that point, the story changed dramatically. Suddenly, I was told that they couldn't deliver my vehicle until Monday, which was a complete contradiction to what I had been told earlier.

What went wrong:

- Quoted a price and promised same-day delivery initially.
- After providing credit card information for payment, I was told they couldn't deliver my vehicle until Monday, contradicting the initial promise.
- To make matters worse, I had to pay three days of overnight storage fees due to this delay.

This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be using their services again. The lack of transparency and clear communication about the change in delivery time and the imposition of overnight fees have severely impacted my trust in this company.

I was very pleased with prompt delivery of my 2008 Nissan Rogue SL on Friday 9/22/2033. The driver was personable, funny & efficient. The polite & informative customer service received when arranging the delivery was also terrific! I highly recommend them to all!!

Eva was flawless! She arranged for our car to travel 2,000 miles with a great carrier with a pickup within 3 days and drop off 5 days thereafter. Door to door without any issue or worry.

I am confident and certain that I chose the best company that I could find to help me with my move cross country! I made many calls and spoke to a list of individuals prior to finding Carrier, the prices and the feedback o received left me feeling uncertain. After speaking with the team at Carrier, the language and paperwork they shared was clear and concise. I had confirmation within the hour after completing the forms, and the driver called me several times along the way with updates. They were kind enough to spend extra time with me upon drop off to secure my rental car return and then switching over to my own vehicle. Thank you for getting Carmella home safe (2014 Corolla)! Their contract is so sleazy. The initial contract is signed with an estimated future value, which they intentionally lowball. The real price does not get confirmed until 3 days prior to pickup. Mine went from $875 to $1175, and if you understandably choose another carrier, you will get charged $150 for breaking the monogamy contract. At the end of the day, the initial quote is meaningless!! Will never ship with GetCarrier again.

Eva Simpson worked with me to ship my car with very short advance notice. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend her and get carrier!

After looking through many carriers and reviews, it became clear to me that most companies are low-ballers who just want your attention and full of nonstop phonecalls (some I still get a week after delivery), but Tom was not this way. I got a single daily text and a phone call, and would answer my questions without obnoxiously fighting for my business. Other companies would not stop calling or texting and bad mouthing other companies.
I knew that the quote was an estimate, and as a student, I had a relatively strict budget and Tom really helped me stay within range and be transparent about pricing. I asked how much it would go up, and he did all he could to try to find a carrier in the range (versus other carriers who doubled from the quoted price). I was quoted at $900, he said it would probably be around $1000, given that the carrier sets the price, and he would try and keep it under $1000 for me (the delivery was over 2,000 miles).
The final price I paid was $1100, but he was able to get me a carrier with an enclosed transport which was amazing. GOLZ transportation was the transport company and I had no problems with them either.
Overall, I'd say that Get Carrier sticks closer to their quoted price than other companies (who doubled their prices when I said I had decided to go with a different carrier) and are the more respectful of companies. I really appreciated Tom's help. He was available during working hours and answered anything I had. I'd definitely use this company again.

I used Get Carrier to transport my sons car from Texas to California. They did a great job and Eve was very helpful.

Jeff at Get Carrier was great to deal with. He was very prompt with his responses and helped negotiate a great rate. This was our first experience with shipping our daughters car to her university and he made it very straight forward and easy to understand the process. Will definitely book again with Jeff.

John Will, the sales person, was trying very hard to get us a good price and good quality transporter. We went through quite a few companies prior to settling on SNOWBIRD Express Auto.
Snowbird was very professional and picked up the vehicle and delivered as promised without any issues.

I worked with Tom to get my two trucks towed from NC to SC. I had so many things to come up however his patience and diligence to get the job done was beyond professional. I had a budget that he needed to stay in and he was just awesome with matching me with the driver to take care of it. I have to say I’m probably the worst indecisive person but he kept in constant communication and made it easy for me to get it done and within my budget because he was my advocate. Tom was excellent. I recommended this company just because of him. Thank you Tom.
