Absolutely disgusted with Chip, I have tried 3 times to transfer my Chip Smart ISA to another provider, But Chip keeps giving me the wrong information for My other provider to transfer it ❗
Chip customer service were excellent in dealing with a technical issue I had. Prompt responses and helpful suggestions. They actually read what I sent and understood my problem rather than just sending pro forma responses. Good Job and thanks.
The customer support "guys" are very helpful and trying to be quick as they can. My phone been repaired and in the service they factory reset my phone. I did a safety back up of all my apps, but when I tried to log in the system didn't recognise my phone. Did see as a new device so couldn't login. Contacted customer service and they sorted out for me almost instantly. Thanks!
At the moment I have an ongoing issue with my Smart cash ISA. Is not flexible enough for me as the old Cash ISA. So I want to go back to my old Cash ISA.
But unfortunately when the conversion done between the cash ISA & Smart Cash ISA the oldcash ISA account is close.
Parently they have to reopen,the old Cash ISA account which looks like isn't that easy.
So now I still waiting for them to fix this issue for me. Thanks "guys"

An ongoing problem setting Facial Recognition on my I Phone. The answer was quick, and in a manner that was easy to understand and follow. Given my age and technical understanding this was essential.
I had a nightmare trying to set up an account I had just moved house so driving licence boils etc was all in my now old address
I emailed customer care Ben came back to me quickly and after a few emails it was all sorted Ben was a great help and understood my position completely setting my account for me using solicitors paper and bank information on the sale good guy thank you

The worst pop up unregulated bank known to man.
My mother has £4k in the bank. She's now passed away and they are refusing to pay my mom's funeral!
Financial ombudsman have said they have tons of complaints, but due to them being unregulated they are awaiting more powers to argue against this delboy firm!

I didn’t draw on Chip’s service because of a change in financial priorities. What appealed to me was the welcome I was given to the Chip community. My experience with the company was genuinely pleasing and I felt valued as a new investor. Great experience; a shame I had to exit from Chip. If it helps, I would certainly recommend this investment company if future investors were to draw on this service provider.
Great experience. So quick to respond to queries and staff are so polite and helpful. Needed a statement for my tax return on one of the accounts I had closed. This had to be done manually by Chip but was still provided in less than 24 hrs. Outstanding service and would not hesitate in recommending them.
