It’s not that great. And they put me on automatic purchases I did not approve!!

Very good! No plastic wraps, no plastic. Been repeated ordering and giving as gifts. I gave a four stars because I feel that it shouldn't be fragrance in it! ;-)

First, the products are amazing, my wife and I try to find products with the least amount of chemicals and still perform great, and Clean People allows for a healthier lifestyle without all of the chemicals.

Second, the products arrived quickly, and everything was correct on the order.

Third, we have gifted these products to family members and they have all loved them as well.

I have been researching a clean affordable laundry detergent that doesn't take up a lot of space. I have used these for a week so far and I can tell a difference between the clean and name brand from walmart. My clothes come out feeling lighter with the clean people brand. The box also take up minimal space, which I love.

I love my Clean People products! They are great! They help keep my home clean and they don't hurt the planet with harsh unnecessary and nasty chemicals!

Bought the dishwasher pods. Took awhile to get the order which not that big of a deal. My problem is the pods. They left tons of residue and part of the pod was still in the dispenser. I dry my hands and the dispenser every time I add a pod. I also make sure nothing can block the dispenser. I have no hard water and my water temp is above 130 degrees. The dishwasher and dishes smelled like wet dog after using the clean people pods. I sent a request for a refund explaining all of this. They replied back with “Have you tried this and that?” Everything that I’ve been doing correctly. I explained to them again all the things I’ve been doing and how it isn’t working and I want a refund. Now they will not reply back at all. I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I want my money back and I don’t want to be ignored! I bet they answer me back after it’s been 30 days and I can’t return it for a refund! Will never purchase from this company again.

I would give negative stars if I could. I was a regular customer for a little over a year now, and really enjoyed all the products. I purchased from them all the time without any trouble. In fact, I even recommended them to family and friends. However, after my last experience with them I will NOT buy from them again. My order NEVER arrived and they are refusing to refund me. They take a week to get back you you by email. They have no phone number to call. I have requested a manger to call me several times but no one ever does. BUYER BEWARE! I am going to file a dispute with my CC company. I am done dealing with them.

They work great, smell good, and I am confident that they don't have the nasty stuff in it that others have! I couldn't recommend it more!

I'm a repeat customer with Clean People...I love the product. This last time though, I ordered on 11/28/25 with their site stating "ships within 24 hours, delivers in 2-5 days"...here I am on 12/15/25 with no product.

the Amazon Tracking shows that my product went from IL to FL to NJ to VA to now..."a carrier facility". I'm in Montana...the OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY!

their email support takes 2 days to respond (which they quit doing after the first response with a $5 credit which is just insulting)...I had better luck with facebook messaging but they just have the same old "shippers are busy" and "so sorry it'll be there 12/24/25. oh and their phone number isn't taking calls because (according to fb message, their email support is swamped)...so you're pretty much out of luck for actual person to person contact.

Even trying to figure out who the CEO is or where the LLC is registered...pretty much nothing.

I'm done with them...and I highly recommend people do NOT do business with a company that obviously could care less about their customers. My business would have been repacking and express shipping when I saw the tracking...period. Better to have a happy customer with some free product than to drive a customer away.

I love Clean People because it gives me and my family the opportunity to use products that are safer for me and my family. I never knew about how my laundry detergent from Tide and Dishwasher Detergent from Cascade contained harsh chemicals like 1-4 Dioxane (causes cancer). I also love that their products and vegan and cruelty free!

Love Clean People laundry! Great products that don't leave gunky messes in my appliances. And I am constantly amazed by all the different flavors of Laundry Detergent Sheet.

My personal favorite was last month using Pumpkin Spice flavor to get into the Fall and Halloween mood. :D

The laundry sheets didn't clean my husbands clothing nearly as well as the big box store liquid detergent we've used for years. They also didn't remove underarm sweat smell, even after 2 washes. Had to re-wash everything using our old laundry soap.

I discovered Clean People last year and am so happy! They have great customer service and products that are making my home and family healthier. I can’t believe the amount of plastic packaging and gross chemicals I used to bring into our home from cleaning products.

Clean People products are so handy with all the traveling I do. The laundry sheets and the laundry pods travel with me in my RV and then when I go to a laundromat they are so quick and convenient. Easy to carry around and don’t take up much space and clean my laundry so well.

I like the convenience & unscented laundry options. Cleans like it's supposed too and got out dinner stains. Easy to use and love getting laundry detergent delivered to my house. Customer support team responded within 2 business days when I had a question.
