Clear communication and very fast shipping once the CoC was at the GetCOC office. Also very supportive when I wanted to change the addres.

Fast and reliable, GetCOC keep me updated all the time and helped me with everything I needed( for example how to find the manufacturer plate on my car, made the process easy and without mistakes), I ask with urgency on 17 Feb, the digital one came Tuesday 24 feb and a day later the Physical copy.
Thanks to GetCoc work and fast process I could register the right CO2 emissions(124/155)and avoid paying a big amount that was unrealistic(500) for the type of car.
I would definitely contact in the Future if needed.

Quick service great communication

The experience was fine and the customer service was available, but the entire process took well over a month. I submitted a request on the 1st of Dec and didn't receive a digital copy of my COC until the 5th of Jan. The actual physical copy came a week later. I understand that the holiday season played a role here, and I honestly don't know if the delay was on GetCOC's side, on the Manufacturer's side, or both. (GetCOC support informed me that the delay was "due to the current workload and holiday season").

Long story short: I got everything I needed and felt supported along the way, but it took much, much longer than the 4 days I was expecting.

Importing a car is stressful enough! Glad this part was easy. 3 days for the Skoda certificate.

Ordered a COC on 29/10/2025, after multiple contacts they always reply with " we contacted the supplier this morning" it's funny because they always contacted them when I sent them an email. Almost 4 months later I sent an email demanding reimbursement and the cancellation of the service and they replied that it was at the final stage and cannot proceed to the cancellation. Don't trust this company.

I used GetCOC to obtain a Certificate of Conformity for importing my personal vehicle (Toyota Yaris) from Montenegro to France, and the whole experience was excellent.

The online request was very quick and easy to submit, with clear instructions at every step. Communication was efficient and professional, and everything went smoothly without any issues.

I first received the COC as a PDF by email, and shortly after, the original document arrived via UPS. The process was fast, clear, and completely stress-free.

Bought a COC for my Renault in November.
The COC was supposed to be ready by the 5th of December.
It's now almost February and I'm still waiting for it.
All they keep saying is that the COC is still being processed.

Quick turn around time and documents delivered as promised. Would definitely use again if I have a need.

Nothing much to say... Ordered for a Toyota and arrived it 4 days later.

It took a month to arrive. Long wait but I guess that's a minor issues not the website fault. At least it arrived!

Document received. Unfortunately one week later as promissed although we used the premium package.

Very easy to find vehicle and request the C of C.

A responsive, courteous and efficient service. After months of trying to deal with Fiat UK directly, GetCOC were able to obtain a certificate within a couple of weeks. The website is easy to use and I was kept informed of progress throughout.

The physical copy for my VW took 3 days(which is quick), but getting the PDF version by email 5 minutes after paymnet was the real lifesaver. Allowed me to fill out the online forms immediately 😀
