Excellent experience! What I like most is that actual allergists are behind this company. Some competitors have general doctors or those with little to no experience. Curex is great, and my 12 year old son loves it. It's so much easier than shots!
I signed up for Curex about a year ago. The initial charge around $480 dollars and the costs for the provider visit. I’ve followed my treatment for the year and my allergies worsened instead of improving.
The annual charge this year was $590. I cancelled the service and then received a bill in June for the treatment I received in May for 177.
Beyond worsening symptoms, their customer service is frustrating. They do not have a phone number. You can only reach them by text or email. I asked to see my previous quarterly charges and they cannot tell me the dates for these charges they just repeat that I owe 177.
Additionally, I needed to cancel a provider appointment in April. When I did this the next available appointment was in July.
I would not recommend them.
