They were so kind to help me after ( another company I used on Etsy for a neon sign stopped working after only about 15 minutes of being lit.) I got the fastest service and responses and they were so kind to price match after I just paid a separate company that was faulty I am very happy with my sign it looks beautiful and the quality is great! To start the sign came out amazing. The customer service was even better. They answered all my question, gave me all the examples i asked for and made me comfortable. My sign showed up and was better than I expected! Simply amazing! I highly recommend getting the dimmer option, because the light is so bright. If no dimmer, you will have to turn it off to sleep! Custom Neon Signs saved me for my special day!! I needed a last minute order for my destination wedding and they not only got it done and reassured me I would have it in time, they got it to me a day early and made sure it was protected properly so we had no issues with delivery. The sign was incredible and exactly what I wanted. It was easy to use and really elevated the party. Custom neon signs were so professional and I will most definitely recommend them and use them again myself in the future!!

I specifically requested a purple sign in the shape of our organization's logo. The initial mockup I received looked pink, so I asked for confirmation that the sign would actually be purple. They sent me a swatch back that did look like the shade of purple I was hoping for. When I received the sign, I was incredibly disappointed to find that when the sign was plugged in it looked pink. I emailed the person I had been in contact with, and he proceeded to argue with me claiming the pink sign was purple. The first time we went to use the sign for our event, part of the neon strip came detached from the sign. They will not let me return or exchange it, even though I have expressed how frustrated I am with the end product.

Quality is great and lead times was fast.

Everything was good! In time with a great design. My terms was really narrow but we managed to deliver sign before the event. More over, I was ordering from absolutely different time zone and manager helped me to wake up to approve design, as we need to do that ASAP regarding time boundaries.

I love my sign! It came carefully packed from halfway around the world. The look of it exceeds expectations. Super bright but dimmable with the remote, which does some lighting effects, too. Also, these folks were super responsive beforehand and got the custom design just right.

I described my vision to the crew, and the artists made my vision come to live, in bold amazing colors! Can't thank you enough. I love my "neon" sign.
