Came without an extension cord to plug it in and it was 800 watts not 500 which blew all the fuses when it ran a while. The return shipping is over $35 and that goes with a 4 line address in China which will probably get lost. It was totally falsely advertised and then they got rude and wanted a video that demonstrated what was wrong.

Okay so first of all, I ordered a TV Smart stick from a TV commercial o seen. It said "30 day hassle free money back guarantee"...it's not compatible with my TV so I looked for the purchase confirmation in my email and I emailed the seller and they claim I have to send the item back to the address that located in China and the shipping label clearly says it came from California. So in order to get a refund I have to spend more then I did on the item to return the item. Makes no sense what so ever!!! Seems like this so called business deal with many defective items and they scam people left and right. This is insane!!!!

The product is poorly made did not heat the room as claimed. The device did not plug in the outlet properly.
I emailed customer service to request a return 3 weeks ago with no response back from the company.
It’s a total scam. Please DO NOT waste even 1 dollar on this stupid product.

Not even 1 star actually. Terrible product, did not heat a room. Return policy is terrible. You have to return to China at your expense. Probably because they don't want them back.

The item purchased does not work. It doesn't stay plugged in because it's a 2-prong plug, which aren't even used anymore. This was definitely a scam. If you want to return the faulty device, you must send it to China at your own expense.

The product does not perform the way they describe it on their website. In addition, they have no phone number, no customer service and they are located in China. i just got an email from them where they said that i will have to cover the cost of shipping the item back to them.
this product doesn't even warm up a paper bag. Please, do not waste your money on this, Its a Scam@!

First, the money I paid for the actual product that I received, was ridiculous! It does nothing as advertised because it will not/cannot remain upright to plug into any socket. Where is the third prong needed to keep the unit in the wall? The unit is poorly designed. It did not even heat a small powder room.
I'm working with PayPal to get a refund, not this scam company. Updates to follow.

I ordered 2 of these heaters. Paid extra for fast delivery - showed up late. Paid extra for warranty - garbage. I plugged 1st into the wall - works great. Plugged the 2nd one in - blows cold air, NO heat! Contacted the company - CHINA, says I will have to pay the freight to return it - remember, this is defective right out of the box! UPS charges over $75 to send to China! I think you get the message. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Horrible experience- first the website is a scam- I wanted to purchase only 1 but ended up with a package of 4 items ( for each a full charge I.e 160$ ), than the items did not work. When emailing back with the vendor they informed me that I have to ship the items back to china if I wanted a refund!!! They said that I had agreed to these return conditions when in fact I never did… certainly not in an overt manner! I would NOT buy this item

Ecowarm heaters are big scam. These units don't perform as advertised. If you would like to return then you would have to pay for shipping to China. This seller should be prosecuted for false advertising.
DON'T BUY THIS IT'S WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.

The only way to get your money back is to report purchase as a SCAM to your credit card or Bank. Have them reverse charges. Sending the POS back to China is not worth it. Also beware off reviews and website that LOOK official. Most are paid advertisement sites. Do Your Research.

Only works in a closet. Does not warm a large room as advertised.
I am trying to return it, but they’re saying I have to send it back to china at my cost, which will be about as much as the heater.

They advertise $40 if you buy 4, gave them credit card, the price became 2 plus warranty.
Card approve $161- they send you invoice for:
2 x $67.20 = 134.4
2 xwarranty = 12.6
Ship = 6.25
Total $153.25 for 2 =$76.625/each- total scammers

Terrible product, totally inefficient to what it is advertised to do. Return process ridiculous! Send back to China at your own expense (postage alone $30+), not counting customs fees with no guarantee of refund, absurd!

Chinese made and shipped from China, which makes it costly and difficult to return. Product does not heat the space as advertised. It would heat your legs at a desk in a cubicle but that's about it and that's on high and MAX temperature setting. Don't waste your time or money.

Does not work as advertised! Blows heated air and in less then a minute stops and then fan is just blowing. Couldn't heat up even a small bathroom. Reached to customer service and response was: we're young company and will accept return you'll need to cover cost of shipping to china. no offer to replace item even thou warranty was purchased. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! WASTED $80

SCAM and FRAUD. Do not buy this product as the Ecowarmer does not work as advertised. Sounds ideal but it does not heat up as expected and then a half hour later it feels as if it will start a fire. Contacted customer service through email that I found online. Told me, "If covering the shipping costs is not an issue for you, you can send us the return tracking number and also a photo of the post office receipt so we can track the delivery.

Nicole was arrogant and rude in her response and stated that they are a newer company below:

"I understand that this must be a little frustrating, however we are a very young company and do not yet have the resources to cover these costs for our customers."

What a joke as you cannot charge $6.25 for shipping to consumers in the U.S. from Canada and then require an unreasonable shipping cost because it is your policy.

Please report this to the FTC and your state's attorney's office, BBB, create reviews, etc., in order to save others from the scam. Apparently, these warmers cost $3 to manufacture and have been called other names throughout the years.

BEWARE OF ANY PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT FROM ECOWARM.
After over 3 weeks to receive, heater is defective. Falls out of outlet, temperature will not allow setting higher than 32 degrees. Fan setting will not allow HH (high): stuck on low. At 32 degrees, area does not heat. Remote control does not work. Off/On button does not work.

Customer service is a joke. I asked to return for refund and was informed that I must return on my own, with no confirmation of their intent to refund. Advised to return to

If you are viewing the ad on YouTube, pause it and look for a small ( i ) icon in the bottom left corner that has the hoverover text of "My Ad Center"; You can report the ad as a scam to YouTube by way of that link. Scam ads like this are more likely to be pulled from circulation if enough people report them.
