They don't disclose their entire pricing strategy during the Sales process. We were told we were charged per email and it turns out we are getting charged a base subscription fee ($1,500 per month) which they did not disclose during the entire sales process.
They also gave access to our account to another client of theirs which all led to a really bad experience so far. I hope they improve!
I don't think we could have gotten the better results than what we are getting right now. The team here is wonderful too. They are doing great work and our new mailing list is substantial now.
