Purchase at your peril.
Felt completely ripped off. When I emailed them with my issue I was mocked. I mistakenly bought Sims for the USA when I should’ve bought them for Croatia. Customer service suggest I find someone who is travelling to America and sell them the Sims at discounted price 🙁. It would be funny if it wasn’t so bad Would never use them again.

Pure Scam
Bought a eSim yesterday, impossible to scan the QR code (i tried with 3 différents phone), I have no SM-DP adress and code in my confirmation email to install manually. I’ve tried to contact them by email, but the email is not valid and they don’t have a phone number! This is a pure Scam.

Once it started working it was great
Once it started working it was great. For some reason it took a while (few hours) once we landed for the esim to start working which created some inconveniences, but once it started working it was perfect.

Unfortunately the eSIM never worked. I applied all the settings I had when I was using other eSIM providers and it always worked (Maya eSIM, Holafly) but not with get esim.

Avoid this company. You know what happen? My transaction is successfull. And i didn’t recieve message to my email. I followed the step on how to purchase but it’s scam. When i’m going to ask about the payment i sent. They want a proof that i send money. When i already sent a proof (pictures and screenshots) they said it’s not valid. Hows that happen? It’s very poor company they scam me.

I would avoid this company …
I would avoid this company at all costs. The service isn't strong in Costa Rica. Also, the customer support is TERRIBLE. they scammed me. I bought a 60 day plan. stopped working after 30 days. They said they would give me a refund, after waiting for the refund that I never recieved, they tried to tell me I didnt by the package. Sent proof with reciept and charges on my CC and now they are ghosting me. AVOID.
