Blewbury Boot Camp Fitness

Dave displays a rare skill in motivating people to work to their maximum in trying to reach their fitness goals whilst making his sessions fun, engaging and inclusive no matter your age or ability. Twice weekly 45 min circuit training sessions in one of the most beautiful settings.

I joined Get Fit Be Strong a couple of…

I joined Get Fit Be Strong a couple of years ago and it quickly became an integral part of my week both for body and mind!
Great group of people that encourage each other to “get it done” as Dave says.
Dave ensures your technique is correct to avoid injuries and always has a positive attitude.
Great set up for all abilities!

Keeping fitness fun!

Fun, engaging sessions with a lovely group of people. Dave is well organised and every session is different, so bootcamp is always challenging and enjoyable.

Love it!

Dave is a great trainer! I particularly love the get fit group sessions which are circuit based, using various weighted and body weight exercises. Never the same session twice. Great fun, sociable group but challenging too, in a good way! It’s about doing the best you can do whatever level that may be. Exercises are modified for anyone that needs it so even in a group setting there is a definite personal element. Love it 💯 😊!

Brilliant, affordable, social fitness training

Absolutely love Get Fit Bootcamp. Having the regular group class twice weekly helps me keep good habits and Dave always mixes up the sessions to work every part of the body - plus you can go as hard or easy as suits your pace. My fitness has improved massively whilst doing it and hate to miss a session. Plus have met loads of great new people, it’s great socially too.

HIIT sessions are a hit!

Dave’s HIIT sessions have been a central part of my “stay sane” regime for years. Twice a week I look forward to escaping the stress of the desk and maintaining body and mind.

Dave encourages you to work at your own level, be that remedial right up to intensive.
The other members are friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and social; having others is such good motivation to keep going, and maybe do more than you thought you could.

Highly recommended!

Brilliant classes for all

The GetFit sessions are a brilliant way to get stronger and more confident. Suitable for men and women, with a really fun and friendly atmosphere. Outdoor in the summer and indoors in winter, meaning you can keep going all year round! Dave helps us to push further but without it feeling intimidating, so you can really take part at any level to suit your needs. Highly recommended!

Excellent group training workouts

Excellent group training workouts.
The sessions are hard but enjoyable and you always feel better afterwards.
I wound thoroughly recommend to anyone who is serious about getting fit and having fun at the same time.

Long term commitment gets results

I have been attending group training sessions with GetFitBeStrong most weeks for over 9.5 years. In that time I don’t think there has been a session where we’ve done the same thing twice. I work at a desk most days and I believe that doing this training has really helped my back because I have the core strength to maintain good posture. Dave is personable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic plus the groups make new members feel welcome.

Outdoor Fitness at its best.

Fabulous way to kickstart and maintain a fitness and weightloss regime. Multiple activities, with constant circuit based changes, which make sessions interesting and injury free.
Support from Dave throughout is amazing and personalised, no matter what stage or fitness level you are at. Everyone feels welcome in the group. Amazing comms, group spirit and additional training aids via WhatsApp and YouTube. Have been going for 18 months and it’s been a life changer.

Does exactly what it says !

I’ve been a regular customer/exerciser with Get Fit Be Strong for several years … and I keep coming back! That says it all … surely?! I do group sessions and have been to the unit for more specific small group work.
It does what it says on the tin… I’m much fitter and stronger . Dave is very professional and a positive motivator with excellent advice whatever level of fitness someone may be .
