I absolutely love these bras! I bought 5 and the Sunday Lounge is my favourite, they're really comfy and flattering. Giving me confidence again and feeling good about myself. I had a problem with a couple of them but customer services were more than accommodating (thank you Harriet) and offered me an exchange or refund. Definitely going to be using the company again!

Amazing bras and great customer service
I am very pleased with everything about this experience. The bras are a very soft and comfortable material and fit very well. One was a bit bigger than expected and one was ordered way too small by accident, and there were no issues getting them exchanged for the correct sizes. They even had someone recommend me which size should be sent based on the issues I had with the other sizes. I feel amazing wearing these bras and cannot explain how happy I am to have found them after trying so many other bras that just never worked. With finding them, I found more confidence in myself.

I returned (paid for return out of my pocket) an order of 5 bras on April 27th - they received them at their warehouse on May 1st. I have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted them weekly and always receive an automated response back but no resolution. There is no way to personally speak to someone.
This company is a scam!!! Very aggravating that they have took my money.

5 Stars at Every Point!
I know I’m not the only who hates bra shopping and might use out the same couple of bras years past their “expiration” to avoid it. But the following is also a unique review and I’m hoping it reaches the right person! I have an autoimmune disease where my weight and hormones are always in an unpredictable cycle dependent on my medication working and the status of my condition. This means my bra size is probably the must fluctuating piece of clothing! Especially when I’m underweight and struggling with my femininity, I was delighted to have happened upon Cherries (among other bras companies that stop at a-b.) Through their incredibly supportive team and variety of choices from a-c, I hit the jackpot with 1. Comfort 2. Style options 3. Multiple sizes from my fluctuation from literally a-c and 4. A team that got me there so I could walk into the office, a date or a day off not even thinking about what I’m wearing underneath my outfit…other than it fits PERFECTLY. Bad fit bra
The bra i ordered wasn't a good fit so I contacted the customer support. Everything was resolved within a few days time, they were super understanding. Now awaiting a bra that should be my fit(they helped check what would be best) so hopefully soon i can show that aswell. In any case super satisfied!

I came across their ad on Instagram and as a small chested girl it immediately had my attentetion, but of course I was sceptical! I saw the videos and still could not believe it.. they had a buy 2 get 5 promotion and I was like I wasted money for worse reason so why not give it a try!
I received my order within a week (to a different country) and OH MY GOD!
Not only are the bras gorgeous but THEY FIT!!! They really fit!!! I never had a bra that fit me, there was always a gap and looked wrong but these are like they were made for me! I’m so happy I ordered them, they make me feel confident and I finally have a cleavage!

Better than their products is their customer support, it's truly outstanding. I received the bras I ordered on a Saturday and soon discovered that the band size had either been shipped wrong or it was the manufacturers standard differed from others. I sent a note and by Monday morning my issue had ben resolved and the right size bras were being shipped. You just can't ask for better response and support.

I was recommended Cherries by my daughter
I was recommended Cherries by my daughter. I’ve always bought my bras in a well-known high street shop but thought I’d give Cherries a try to get a better fit.
I chose the non-wired Office Elegance push-up bra and was only going to buy one. However, the buy 2 and get 3 free offer was too good to miss. So I chose 5 of the same in different colours.
Although I’ve always been 34A, I followed the measurement guidance to make sure I got an accurate fit-which came out as 32A.
My order took a bit of time to arrive but all came well packaged. I was disappointed to find that the 32A was too tight, so contacted support to exchange for 34A.
I was delighted to receive an email almost straight away, saying they’d already dispatched my new like-for-like order in the 34A and not to worry about returning the original order at all, but instead, to pass it onto someone else.
I’m now waiting for my new order to arrive and can’t wait to wear new bras!
I was very impressed with the speed of the customer service and would recommend 🍒 Cherries!

I ordered 8 months ago and still no refund.
I ordered 8 months ago, and I am still trying to get a refund. There is something wrong with this company, as right from the start, I thought I had been scammed due to receiving no receipt or notifications regarding delivery after purchase. The bras did arrive eventually, but they are a poor fit with something itchy where the straps join the bra. I have been given a store credit that can not be found in my account. I have spent months going around in circles with this issue. They are now ghosting me. I do not recommend.

Absolute best customer service and one life-changing bra!
I was initially a bit hesitant to order from the USA, but this has been the best shopping experience ever!
Their customer service is absolutely incredible. After a slight issue with my first order, they responded quickly, were extremely kind, and solved everything far beyond my expectations.
As for the bras: the 24/7 Lift is hands down the best bra I have ever owned! It fits absolutely perfectly. The only minor detail is that the Anytime Strapless style runs a bit tighter in the band compared to the other one, even though they are the same size (80AA).
However, because of their fast communication and amazing problem-solving, I am a customer for life and will definitely be ordering again. I highly recommend this shop!

They fit!
First of all, I love my bras from Cherries. As a 36A, I always had a terrible time finding bras to fit without getting little girl bras or super padded ones. I got my order last week - they’re so cute and so comfortable. I ordered the buy 2 get 3 free but made a mistake and only picked 4, and the staff from Cherries was super helpful and got me the free bra later. Even though the mistake was on my end, they made it right. Great product and great customer service!
