Customer service is the worse I have EVER experienced! Constantly told lies by their staff on emails and if you do need to make any returns be ready to jump through hoops and pay over £40 to do so as they refuse to pay for any returns!!
Aside of the customer service the quality of the bras are just as bad! Poor poor quality no lift or push up !!

Great bras, great service
I bought 5 bras in 2 different sizes and only one size fit. I have smaller boobs and have really struggled to find good bras for me, But I love the look and feel of all of them as well as the quality. Cherries has been great and is replacing the ones that dont fit with the size I need. It was really easy and they were very prompt and friendly.

I tried a competitor but felt like I had no shape while wearing clothes. Cherries look great with and without clothes. When I had an issue with the size I ordered, they simply replaced the bras! Could not have been a better experience.

Wear them not knowing you’re wearing them
First thing I’d like to say is the great experience with customer service - I received flawed product and there was no problem to replacing it for a good one. I ordered Office elegance and push up 24/7 and I’m very satisfied with both of them! Even when wearing push up, you don’t feel it on your body and its cups aren’t visible through shirts, I love it! Cups edges are a bit imperfect, but can be smoothened manually. When my current ones get old, I’ll definitely buy next ones!

AMAZING deal for incredible products!
Cherries was offering an AMAZING deal on their bras so I couldn't pass up the chance to try them out. I'm small-chested so finding bras that fit and also enhance my form can be difficult. I purchased five bras from Cherries and each one fit perfectly! The bralettes are comfortable yet also provide some shape, their push-up bras afford incredible lift, and their classic bras are a nice in-between style for every day wear. I'm so impressed by the overall fit, variety of products, and outstanding customer service! I'm definitely coming back for more!

Good costumer service
I got my bras a few weeks back, and I had been wearing one of them quite a bit. One day, when I was trying to put it on, the front clasp broke. I reached out to customer service, and within the day, I received multiple replies and confirmation that I would be getting it replaced. The communication is fast, and the bras are of good quality.

Finally no spilling when I bend over
As a bariatric patient who lost an extreme amount of weight in a short period of time, I’ve struggled with a lot of sagging skin, especially in my breasts. Finding a bra that actually fits and supports me without gaps, slipping, or spilling out has been incredibly difficult.
Cherries Bras has been amazing. Their customer service was fantastic and helped me find the right size after I had an issue with my first order. Now I finally have bras that fit properly — no gaps in the cups when I bend over, and no worrying about my boobs falling out.
I honestly wish I had found these bras sooner. They are awesome and have made such a huge difference for me.

Comfortable, and awesome customer service!
Although it took a few tries to get the correct fit, I am thoroughly enjoying my new Office Elegance bras. These are the first bras I have owned without a wire, and I am impressed with the lift and support they give, while still being very comfortable. I had to exchange my original size, as the band was too loose. The customer service at cherries was absolutely wonderful. They were quick to respond to my concerns, and more than happy to assist me and make sure that I was happy with my purchase.

Great customer service and very kind support
I had a very positive experience with Cherries. The first bra I ordered didn’t fit quite right, but after I contacted customer service about returning it, I received a friendly response very quickly.
They kindly offered to send me a second bra free of charge and even told me I could keep the first one. The communication was warm, helpful, and uncomplicated throughout the whole process.

Very good customer service! Unfortunately, most of the bra styles didn't fit so I reached out and they were quick to respond and helpful. I'm still waiting for the new ones to dispatch, but hopefully this week. The one bra that did fit fits well and is comfortable.

Sadly I ordened the wrong size so the bra I ordened didn't fit at all, but that was my fault.
Costumer service was extremely helpfull tho and arranged a costumized solution for me.
I wish the return process would be made simpler but again, I'm very happy with the costumer service.

Very poor customer service
I ordered 5 bras on 16/04/26 and they arrived on 05/05/26. I was truly excited but unfortunately 4 of the bras didn't fit. But I did really love the 5th bra so I contacted Getfitcherries on the same day to request an exchange of the bras so I could have 4 more of the ones I really liked. After a few confusing emails they advised I could not do an exchange but could apply for a return and refund of the bras I did not want. My return was subsequently turned down and I complained again. On 12/05/26 I received the following email
Your return request with reference RE-****-***? for order #****** has been approved.
The items do not need to be returned to us. We can process the return for you without a return shipment.
You will receive a message from us once the return has been processed further.

Returns have a relatively large impact on the environment.

I was delighted with this outcome and was going to order the bras I wanted when I received the refund. However on accessing the link it was a different story - they wanted me to return the bras to the Netherlands (I am in the UK). Aswell as paying the postage I would have to pay the customs fees. I have queried why they have given me contrary advise but they are insisting on a return to the Netherlands now.
I have now read other reviews where returned items have not been received.
It is really hard work dealing with this company and I really regret having sent in my order.

I haven't worn bras for years because they just don't fit properly!
I haven't worn bras for years for the simple reason they never fit...sticking to sports tops or bralets.. I was sceptical when I found this site...but I am so glad I did...the bras are so thoughtfully designed for a small bust I absolutely love them!...the customer service is also on point...I ordered 5 bras but 2 styles wernt quite right... They sorted and solved the issue within days...I'm just waiting for my replacements for those two but so far using cherries has been an amazing experience from the start!

Great bras
Really excited to try these bras as lingerie shopping has never been anything I’ve looked forward to! My favourite is the 24/7 push up bra which is so comfortable and a great fit.
The customer service was very helpful in arranging a replacement for the bras which didn’t fit and I would definitely buy from them again. Postage is a little slower than expected as I hadn’t realised that they were based on the Netherlands but customer service kept me updated throughout.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS
I placed my first order and was so excited to try my bras on! I unfortunately needed a bigger size but my experience with customer service is what totally made me fall in love with this brand.
