A disgusting money grabbing scheme if ever i saw one.

This company have taken a second payment that i wasn't made aware of, saying that I agreed to a 6 monthly payment.

My initial sign up stated nothing of the 6 monthly charge, I received no email to state it was due to be taken nor any receipt by the company once it was taken - I got an alert from paypal.

There is no way to see what kind of membership/subscription I have in either the website or via the app which makes it unclear when/if a payment would be due.

It also says nothing about payment schedule in the terms and conditions which seem to be there to cover Fitter and not give rights to their customers at all.

When I got in touch with them they just kept spouting about their terms and conditions, completely ignoring my issues with the way that they do their business. I was offered 50% of my money back despite emailing them the day of the with-drawl and complaining/asking to cancel. How does one know when to cancel something one has no receipt of.
