I ordered durva grass and flowers from you, while you charged 30 Rs per bundle of durva but I have got such worst qualities of grass. These are not durva but bad grass which is not used in pooja. Will never buy again

Delivery was too late
Delivery was too late, slot was 6am-9am but received flowers after 12pm.Also lotus flower was not that fresh. Marigold garland few were good but 2-3 garland was not that fresh.

The order never arrived on time.
The order never arrived on time and only after repeated follow-up did they send it a few hours late. They charge for delivery but the we have had to pay the delivery guy as he was refusing to hand over the flowers otherwise and nobody was answering the calls.

NEVER ORDER FROM GetFlowerDaily
I had ordered for 2 qty of assorted flowers (250 gms each). Only 1 qty (250gms) of assorted flower was delivered.
After communicating the same, they argued they sent 500 gms flowers in a single box. I sent the proof - a picture showing the net weight of 359 gms including the weight of the box.
They told me they will waive off deliveey fee next time i order but i asked for a refund as there is a price difference between both the amounts. The lady on the phone said okay.
After multiple messages also, i am yet to receive my refund.
HORRIBLE SERVICE
Will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Very late service delivery despite of placing order 3 days ago. Flowers were delivered 2 hrs late. What is the point of paying 4 times cost price for Pooja flowers if the delivery is not on time. Would like to place orders from other apps available instead of GetFlowersDaily.com service.

Substandard service
Customer service is v avg. Highly priced ,compared to market. Order was cancelled but not intimated. Refund is still due after a week. Flexibility in change of order not there. The flowers had turned brown

Pathetic
Pathetic . When the time line was told and confirmed to the vendor one day in advance. The product came 3 hours late. The dilivery team said it was booked and informed on the same day morning and not the previous day. It show’s absolutely casual and more over the extra dilivery charges was already been paid. Pathetic service.
