Always nice to see the CEO doing a great job and ensures that his traders get the best of experience in trading Journey. This is my second Account as the first one was only a 10K and was trading with a new platform MT4 and by the time i knew what was happening i blew it up within days.
This new Platform is much better and even the Rules and the evaluation process is simpler yet tough enough only to make traders realise their strength and weaknesses. Also Risk Management and the platform itself is much better than the previous one.
I recently had an issue and the waiting for a Support reply was very spontaneous and Precise. Regie and Rico are a good asset for this company and i have had previous experiences and all have been resolved to the pin. Cant fault the service even late at night someone is there to help.
Good Work GFN Team and CEO cant thank them enough to the changes they have brought me.

Generally good and responsive service, platform is good and it does what it says on the tin. Received my first cash out as requested without any hassle. There was a slight delay in activating my account when the platform move happened - otherwise would be 5*.

Recently, I purchased the assessment and tried their platform. Nothing has changed. They are still using a terrible platform. It's all unprofessional, the opposite of what they say. I requested a refund because I do not want to continue to use their services, they told me that we do not give money back. This is how to troll people, not delivering a professional assessment with professional tools. When customers realize that they do not give the money back, this is a completely fraudulent way to treat customers. I do not know how people want to spend their money with them.
Response to your reply: Regarding the last communication from support GFN does not refund. I do not want to trade with GFN, so give my money back and do not write I am trading but refund me. I do not want to be part of GFN.

Such a nice prop unlike other prop like ftmo and funded nowdays are worst .but these guys make a trustable props.I have seen their support these were good. those who read my comment I have truly comments not for monet

I started trading my account 2 days ago and im very pleased to be able to hold positions overnight as im a swing trader. Very nice trading platform with a very detailed risk management tool. Very responsive and supportive customer service! I can't recommend it enough!

One of the best prop company i have ever come across, unlimited time to pass the challenge which makes it so comfortable. Quick support from from the support team which is excellent.

A mixed experience. Yes, they say they have best offer on the market in terms of drawdown, but their draw down follow you up based on equity. Even if the trading rules make you believe that your High Water Mark is: "balance, so just closed trade" (their words).
Also spread is one of the highest I've ever seen. At least commissions are ok 5$ per lot. but with a 4 lot trade considering the spread when entering a position and when closing the trade you will lose somewhere around 40$ on a trade. Also i got stopped 0.5 pips before price reaching my stop loss.
Also one verry tricky rule is that, once the first withdrawal is made the Max Drawdown expires and your Max Drawdown will lock in at your starting balance.
One good thing is that their support team reaction is pretty fast. Even (in my case) this didn't help to much.
