Alternative Medicine
My question was answered by Matt and I will be purchasing 3 collars. Live on a ranch and have many excursions in the woods with my animals. I am looking for an alternative to expensive chemicals. If this works as well as it is said to, I will be notifying family and friend and my 4H group. I am the test pilot.

Had an issue where the little pod came out of the tag and got lost within a few days so Mat and Julia from their support team asked me to send a picture of the issue and then replaced it as soon as they saw the picture. Great customer service.

I accidentally ordered 2 tags instead of 2 collars and Roy made it so easy to correct.my mistake. I emailed them immediately and Roy got back to me right away to let me know the changes were made and the collars were on the way!

Honestly I have never dealt with a company with the level of customer service that FurLife provides. No matter who answered an email everyone was very helpful, and believe me my email was a bit messed up.

Julia was a great help! I ordered one furlife pendant. Looked at gmail and saw my order was for 2!! I worked on trying to get order changed to one,! Started around 10 am & worked til around 9 pm! They didn't answer my texts! I had ordered 3 early this year - no problem! 2 for son's pups & one for my pup. Thanks Julia - great job. Now all I have to do is figure out how to order just one for my grandson

After reading the great reviews and hearing how well my daughter loved the product for her two German shepherd’s last year and not finding any ticks! She has over an acre wooded lot! I finally decided to give it a try! When placing the order I had some issues with discount codes and the order being placed. I did try canceling the order right away and sent an email to customer service. I also tried to call the phone number but no answer. This was a Sunday so figured I would hear something Monday. It did take until Tuesday but Julia was great and fixed everything for me and now I am just waiting on the product to arrive and will update how it works for my Golden’s!

I ordered three fur life pendants for…
I ordered three fur life pendants for my dogs. Unfortunately one of the pendants was broken. I reached out to customer support and received a response in less than 24 hours. Roy apologized and stated he would be sending another pendant out. The next day I received a follow up email from Julia letting me know my pendant was on its way to me! Wonderful customer service!
