I put my order in, but forgot to put in the discount code that I received for signing up my email address. The gel pack somehow came out of the holder for one of my dogs. I sent customer service an email, and Ramon responded immediately. He arranged for it to be replaced no questions asked. I appreciate a company with employees that are understanding and supportive.
I bought four collars for my dogs
I bought four collars for my dogs, and three of them didn’t fit cause my guys are chunky. I immediately contacted the company and they were very gracious and quick response back to me asked me why or what the problem was with them. I explained it to him they wouldn’t go around her call their neck. They were very gracious and offered to return them or to send me the tags instead of the collars. I really appreciate that and now I’d buy these again.
