Customer service was not good
Customer service was not good. Ordered two pillows at €50 each. I wasn't happy with how firm they were so never took them out of package and when I enquired about returning them was told I couldn't because of covid19. This is not stated in the terms and conditions. Manager said he'd get back to me and never did. Disappointing.

Lovely bunch of people go deal with - some confusion re swelling of a piece which has since resolved itself - but i didn’t feel like there was acknowledgement of the matter. I would have expected to receive a follow up call of email. But these are all good people and their stuff is amazing 🤩

Ordered a khaki green chair from Get Furnished in Galway Ireland. The guy Brian sent it via courier to my home in Belfast and it only cost (9 euros to deliver to my door).
Brian was extremely helpful and organised the whole thing via texting and email. Brilliant service and I thoroughly recommend Get Furnished for pricing and service. Thanks again Brian for everything!

So impressed with the service
So impressed with the service! First time using this site and checked on trust pilot first, which gave me the confidence to buy. I asked a couple of questions first via their WhatsApp chat and they responded so quickly and even made a video for me (during lockdown!)...they were brilliant! Delighted with the product and it arrived next day (sooner than expected). It was so well packed and protected. Will definitely order again from this site as it's rare to get such good online service these days! Thanks again.
