I had two major issues with this company. Initially, I was misled during counseling with false promises about my eligibility for Canada PR, and they refused to refund the ₹1.30 lakh registration fee. Later, I proceeded with the Germany Opportunity Card visa process. The visa consultant (Mr. Alok) was professional and supportive, and my visa was approved.

However, the major problem is with the RM, team leaders, and operations team. They are unresponsive and do not provide timely support. On 6 Feb 2026, I paid ₹45,000 for pre- and post-landing services in Germany, which are handled by a third-party vendor. I was promised a signed agreement after payment, but despite multiple follow-ups, I never received it. My calls and emails were ignored.

Even after escalating to their admin email and customer support, no one responded as promised. There is no proper escalation or resolution system.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to poor professionalism and lack of support.

IELTS Material has a good technique and training to help the improvement of the IELTS score result.

My sessions with Mr: Purvang Patel were outstanding. His teaching is clear understandble and tailored for teach students needs. The practical strategies provided for all sessions of the exam along with insightful feedback helped on my performance. Thanks to his guidance i feel well prepared end motivated to achieve my target score.

I accidentally enrolled in their Australian pr processing. I lost 1.6 lakh and now want to deal legally. Wasting time money and efforts. I use chatgpt to advise the getgis agent Somya Mathpal to send the documents properly and still got rejected. Be careful on these scammers. We need to use other social media platforms to save people from these scamming.

I enrolled to save time and improve my chances of getting an Australian visa approval. My agent, Somya Mathpal, has provided a very poor experience. My Engineers Australia (EA) assessment/PR-related application was rejected, and since then their team has been chasing me daily for application fees.

I have already wasted a lot of time—around 150 emails—and still ended up rejected. Now I’m being disturbed repeatedly for payment. Going forward, I plan to use ChatGPT for guidance instead.

My Review for GetGis – PR Process Experience

I am currently in the initial stage of my PR process with GetGis. My Relationship Manager, Mr. Mohammad Ayaan Talawai, has been guiding me from the beginning. With their support, I was able to start my process smoothly, including the proceedings related to loans. I have also completed my initial ECA process. At present, I am preparing for my IELTS General under the guidance of Mrs. Vishali Choudhary and Mrs. Smile Jacob.

However, during the process, I noticed that there were some hidden charges that were not clearly explained to me at the beginning. These charges were mentioned only at the time of payment, which was unexpected and caused inconvenience. I believe that GetGis should be more transparent about all the fees involved before starting the process so that clients can plan accordingly.

Apart from this issue, the support and guidance have been helpful. I sincerely request the team to improve communication regarding the complete fee structure for a smoother client experience.

I enrolled with Global Immigration Services in 2023 for Canada PR assistance, IELTS coaching, and French language classes. I paid ₹32,000 specifically for the French classes, but after attending five sessions, I found the teaching to be extremely unprofessional and ineffective. The instructor’s rude behavior made it difficult to continue.

I raised a formal refund request in November 2023 and followed up multiple times over several months. My assigned Relationship Manager left the organization without informing me, and my case has been left hanging ever since—with no resolution, no accountability, and no communication.

I even sent a final formal notice via email on May 12, 2025, giving them a deadline to refund or respond. As of June 8, I have received no response or refund. This experience has been deeply disappointing and unprofessional.

I do not recommend their services based on this lack of transparency and responsibility. I am now escalating this through official consumer grievance channels.

Currently GetGIS is helping me out with application of express entry and Canada PR Visa and I must say, their support and active involvement during the application is quite helpful as being working professional it’s hard to manage alone but it became easier and structured with their help.

I am thrilled with the IELTS classes and incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received. The lessons were engaging, well structured and highly effective. I highly recommend these classes to anyone preparing for the IELTS test.

I'm warning others about Get GIS's unprofessional and fraudulent behavior. Initially, they asked me to write fake positive reviews. I regret complying.

1. VETASSESS Error: Get GIS incorrectly nominated my occupation as Civil Engineering Technician instead of Civil Engineer, leading to a negative outcome. This mistake has caused significant delays and financial losses.

2. EMI Payment Issues: Despite Representative Manjeeth's assurance, Get GIS failed to adjust the EMI payment schedule to end in December 2024, as agreed. They also failed to verify the ₹12,500 payment, further complicating the issue.

3. Lack of Transparency and Accountability: Get GIS has failed to provide clear explanations or solutions for these issues, displaying a blatant disregard for client satisfaction and well-being.

4. Manipulative Tactics: Their request for fake reviews aimed to deceive potential clients and mask their incompetence.

5. Evasive and Shifting Responsibilities: Get GIS staff continuously changes, with new representatives denying responsibility for mistakes. Former staff claims they're not in the system, while the company refuses to acknowledge accountability.

Specific Concerns:

- Constant staff changes, making it difficult to track progress.
- New staff disowns responsibility for previous mistakes.
- Old staff claims no accountability, citing company responsibility.
- Lack of clear communication channels.
- Evasive responses to concerns.

Red Flags:
