Well what can I say, very last minute ( due to a previous cancellation) contacted Krystle via email. Asked if there was anyone from get Glossy that could come to my hotel room to do my hair and make up for my daughters wedding. Got an immediate and very friendly reply from Krystle, she was so lovely and reassuring and found Bethany to come early in the morning of the wedding day as I requested .
Bethany was really lovely and extremely professional, she made me feel like it was really important to her to spend as much time as needed to ensure I was happy and that she got me looking the way I wanted.
I was delighted with the result and how she made me look, I felt perfect and like a princess for the wedding !
Thank you both so much, I would definitely recommend the Get Glossy team to anyone, you could never find any better!

Krystle did a great job coordinating hair and make up, and both were just right. Izzy was friendly, approachable and listened to what we wanted. Timings were good and it all went without a hitch - thank you!

Where to start..................Krystle has been fabulous, ever since my first tentative enquiry. I wasn't even sure I could buy what I wanted as it did not seem to exist as a "wedding package" from other providers. Krystle was so aproachable, and responsive it made it much simpler for me.
I couldn't get ready at the venue - so asked for makeup artists to work from a hair salon in the Brighton Lanes so at least hair and make up were being done in one place. Krystle and the hair salon director sorted out all the business insurance details etc and just made it happen. It worked so beautifully and really took the stress out of it for me. I am not usually at any salon that much so it was all new to me. Plus I'd already ready had one hair salon accept the booking, and then two weeks later cancel the whole thing!
Beyond Krystle organising the logistis and making the bookings happen, the information in the profiles really helped me select two experienced artists for bridal make up. In 3.5 hours, between the two of them, they worked magic on 7 of us (a bride aged 50+, mum and aunt of bride, best friend, maid of honour and 2 teenage bridesmaids) - so a mixed bag of styles and requirements.
we all really liked the finished looks created by Charlie and Bethany and want to thank them personally for their joy, advice and skills. It really was a fun atmosphere. I feared someone would decide they didn't like their look and would take it all off and do it for themselves - but they did not. That in itself is praise. My dad said I looked very glamarous like a news reporter on the telly but on a night out!
I can't thank you all enough for creating magic and for us to be the best possible versions of ourselves. The products selected lasted well into the early hours of the next morning and it was only lipstick we touched up.
I strongly recommend other brides review the artists profiles and get in touch to discuss what they want as you clearly have a team in place to make it happen. Thank you doesn't seem enough as I'll be able to review photos for years to come with a smile, and no regrets.

Charlotte arrived at my house like Mary Poppins diving in to fix a hairdressing emergency. I needed a blow dry to make me look super smart and cool for a big London wedding. Charlotte deftly styled my hair, which miraculously stayed in place all day. I got lots of compliments at the wedding. Thank you, Get Glossy!

I booked through Get Glossy from Dubai. We were in Brighton attending a wedding and needed a hairdresser to come to our accommodation early to get our hair done. Charlotte was allocated to us and she was lovely, arrived on time, had everything we needed, worked efficiently and was able to use our inspo pics to create our looks and my daughter and I were really happy. Would highly recommend Charlotte and Get Glossy.

I had a hair and makeup trial with Beth for my wedding. I was so pleased, she understood what my style is and what suit me. Beth is easy to talk to and she met my expectations. I am very happy to have her on my very important day of my life.

Lizzie was wonderful. I’d been in hospital with sepsis (I’m only 43!) and was feeling rubbish. I couldn’t reach my feet because of the surgery I had. Lizzie was happy to wear a mask for my treatment (I was worried about infections in my road to recovery) and she turned up with joyous energy that brightened up the room. She was kind and attentive and gave me a brilliant pedicure. Highly recommend 💖

I booked a luxury pedicure and couldn’t be happier. The booking experience was great, the therapist (Lizzie) was lovely and the quality of the treatment was excellent. Great value too. I’ll be recommending widely and booking another treatment again very soon.

I wanted help and inspiration with my make-up so booked a two hour lesson with Jacqui. She started by editing my make up bag, selecting colours that work for me. We then did a full make up, with Jacqui doing one half of my face and me doing the other. She explained the products and colour choices. It was good to try different things and see what Jacqui recommended. The concealers were amazing!
Jacqui left with me with a face chart detailing the products and where they go on the face. This has been a great reference tool for recreating the perfect look. It was a really thorough session and has given me the confidence I needed to try different things and get out of my make up rut. I would thoroughly recommend!

The fantastic Jacqui came round my house on a Saturday morning to help me achieve the wow factor in advance of a wedding I was attending. The communication before the appointment was clear and helpful and Jacqui took time to understand my style, asking for photos etc in advance. On the day, I had a lovely time in her company and the makeup we agreed on was just perfect and received lots of lovely comments - not least from my husband who said “thanks for making me look good!!” lol. A really lovely experience from start to finish, and one I will definitely be repeating.

This is a genius idea! From searching for the right beauty technician to booking, and even amending my booking to a different day, the booking process was incredibly easy and convenient. I always have good intentions about booking in mani and pedis before an event or holiday, but never get round to it as it's such a big time commitment. And I don't like gel, so getting a pedi at a nail bar in the winter leads to smudged toes! Was so brilliant to be able to book in getting my nails done at home during my lunch hour. And even had a lovely foot spa and massage to boot! Will definitely be booking again.
