The app is very good but also very good support
The app is very good but also, they have a real customer support system. Nowadays, it’s often that you try to contact an app « customer service or support » but it ends up like sending a message in a bottle. Not Happyo. I had an issue an was contacted within the same day. Support person (Sara) was knowledegeable and proffesional! Kudos guys!

I am anxious to see results... I need to practice the patience I just learned about. I want to do about 10 sessions in a day and then I expect to be "fixed!!!". Haha I know that is not how it works... I wish it did.

I really like coming to Happyo for my positive daily shots. I'm seeing and feeling I have more control of my direction, and less anxiety when I think about a task. Because there are fewer anxious thoughts, I am able to start stepping toward completion of my goals.
