Sandra was very patient and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and asked me several times if I had any questions. I felt very comfortable knowing she’d be there to assist.

I had a great experience with vee

I had a great experience with vee. Looks like hearth is a good product. I look forward to trying it out.

My only hangup is Vee set me up with a discussion to get set up on their AI tool, and made it sound like it was included. I didn’t realize until later that it was an extra 199/month.

I have been with her financing for…

I have been with her financing for several years. I have found overall this staff is genuinely friendly, empathetic, and professional. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Reinaldo, I was having some issues with my Payment platform, he was very patient walking me through the process, explaining everything, and not even being critical of my operator errors. Although his performance was exemplary, this standard of service is pretty common at Hearth and that’s what makes it such a wonderful company.
