I recently received a comprehensive report from GetHouseSurvey, and I must say, their attention to detail was impressive. The house was thoroughly examined from the ground to the roof, leaving no stone unturned. I particularly appreciated their grading system, which ranges from Green (Good) to Red (Needs Urgent Attention). It made it easy to understand which areas required immediate action and which were in good condition. The report was clear, well-structured, and provided valuable insights. Very quick and good communication

Great communication, super quick - we booked the survey on thursday afternoon, survey was done on Monday at 12 and we had our report back in the afternoon. Very detailed report with a lot of useful and great information. Would 100% recommend.

Having used GetHouseSurvey.ie twice in the last 6 months, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a survey carried out. From booking the survey, to receiving the report, the process is very clear and the team keep you updated at every stage along the way.
The customer service is excellent and the whole process is completed in a very satisfactory time frame.
The report itself is highly detailed, including photographs. The traffic light colour system used and referencing points make the report easy to follow and easy to find a particular section for a quick glance.
I had a query about the report and the surveyor was more than happy to take my call to discuss in more detail which was an added comfort.

Really great service, Gerry Dunne the surveyor was on the ball. Easy to get in touch with and flexible with getting the survey done. Provided great advise and the report was finished very quickly. Its a great guide going forward on what needs attention and can help budget going forward.

Very easy to deal with and it was easy to follow the progression steps to completion.
