SCAM

SCAM. £10 per month gets you 3,000 credits which sounds great. A 6-second video will cost you 960 credits. Unable to follow simple prompts. DO NOT let their smooth UI trick you into wasting your money.

Ended up using it more than I thought

I didn’t expect much at first, but it’s been really easy to use. I mostly use it for blog images and social media posts, and it’s solid enough to actually get work done instead of just messing around. I also like that you can set up a team, makes collaborating way easier than with other tools I’ve tried.

Worth trying.

I have tested couple of AI image and video generators, and getimg.ai is one of the most reliable ones. They are not over-promising outputs that were clearly edited before being shared + you get an access to all newest and best AI models. Plus I love folders and their prompt enhancer.

Getimg no longer worth it

Getimg. AI started with promise, then became awesome when they added custom lora models. Then... its like they purposely looked at what they created and asked themselves, "How can we screw this up and ruin it?". First it was the filters that seemed to decide at random what was "restricted content". Then more recently they decided to come out with a "new" version that no one seemed to have wanted, one that doesn't allow the use of those custom models you basically paid to create. Then they up the credit costs to keep using the old version and your custom loras to ridiculous costs. Then they started with getting totally black generations which they still charged you credits for. Their feedback blog had a number of comments from customers not wanting the new version and to keep the old, which was more useful. Getimg of course removed all those complaints from the blog. They ignored their customers' wants and needs, they don't care. Save your time and money, there are now better and newer services available that listen to what their clients want. Getimg could have been the king of the hill... but they blew it in an epic manner.

I will copy what is written in the…

I will copy what is written in the title of the web page: "Free Image to Image AI Generator Online | getimg.ai"

Now there are websites that offer users a limited number of trials before asking them to subscribe to a plan. They can claim a Free image title or free, it doesn't matter.

But getimg is not one of them, getimg offers nothing at all, getimg does not allow the creation of free images and requires immediate payment from the first creation with no possibility of bypassing.

So, to call a spade a spade, getimg engages in false advertising and clickbait, hoping that the user will still pull out their credit card under duress.

Actually, getimg is the famous site that is free as long as you advance a bit of money, you understand?

The worst.

The interface is extremely poorly designed — “Style” model is set as default with no clear warning, and credits are taken instantly with no option to cancel. I lost almost all my credits because of this, and support refused to help. There’s no live chat, only canned replies the next day by email quoting their policy. It is careless and disrespectful toward users. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend.

Probably THE worst customer service…

Probably THE worst customer service ever. I paid 10 USD for nothing! And when I asked for refund, their customer support called Michael started interrogating me with such disrespect and arrogance... Please beware of this company and take your business and money elsewhere for your own good!
