I switched to Indigo 2 years ago on a referral from a general surgeon friend. Reasonable rates compared to what I had been paying. Recently started having a few issues roll in and they were awesome helping me out. They assigned a lawyer team, helped me draft appropriate letters, and the liason called and checked on me frequently. More support than I expected, though very welcomed! And we had a great outcome which made it even better. Had it not been a great outcome, I am happy to know my malpractice coverage team actually cares about me as a person and recognizes the hard moments in patient care our jobs create despite giving our hearts and minds to patients.

Indigo was very responsive and professional and picked excellent representation, that fortunately was not needed.

Very Easy to work with. Report your issue online and the appropriate person will call you right away. The person that called me was very friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease. I am very happy with their service and happy I use them as my malpractice company

The company staff was very professional and helpful. There are no red tape issues. The lawyer they recommended did a very good job. I am very satisfied.
