Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD. Do you struggle with focus? Organization? Procrastination? What about attention, hyperactivity, and anxiety? Is your calendar, planner, habit tracker, or timer still not helping you organize or get things done? Is your to do list just not cutting it? Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help.

Waiting for a refund...
Same as many others... I cancelled my subscription in time, but they took my money anyway... Whereas I choose the mensual subscription In case I'd forgot to cancel(49,99€), they took me the annual subscription : 189€ !
Hope they will proceed to a refund quickly.

AWFUL DO NOT USE! Had 4 appointments no-show or cancel on me in only 3 days, they also charged me twice for an initial appt (which I still haven't been able to have) and made me do the intake form twice after citing that as a reason for cancelling an appointment. There is also no one to call, and no one responds to service emails. I've never experienced such awful service.

The live events (body doubling sessions called co-working and focus rooms) are amazing and have changed my life. They are more tailored to specific ADHD needs than any other virtual co-working service I've found (for example, you can come and go without scheduling in advance, it's a large group not 1:1 so no awkwardness, the facilitators have ADHD and they and peers put in relevant tips in the chat). They're a bit hidden in the app so it's unfortunate I think a lot of people trial the app but never find them. Also note that the free trial tells you that the price will be close to $200/year after, but that includes a text coaching service (which I did not personally find very helpful), but if you go into the Apple subscriptions, you can find a $96 option that gives you access to the live sessions and everything else on the app.

Really well designed for audience with ADHD that doesn’t make it just something else to try and fail to keep on top of. Really simple and useful tips and information that is genuinely helpful in day to day life.

The information and ideas in the modules I've completed are solid, and square with other research-backed resources. There are ways to improve or expand their usefulness but I'll say those last, because I want to make sure people notice the other features, too: live body-doubling work sessions and (relatively) affordable 1:1 coaching. I am working with a coach for way less than it would usually cost, and when I remember the live sessions they are a life-saver--quiet co-working in a supportive space.
As for ideas that might improve the modules: First, I think that they are meant to be digested a little at a time, but it's naturally easy to hyperfocus and blast through the whole thing. This is fine, but there is a pre- and post-test that don't make sense to be taken on the same day or one day in. Perhaps a regular, holistic post-test could be integrated, with a notification once a week or every other week, and that way (if they are taken) a better sense of progress/regression/plateau could be had by app and user alike. For each module, it would be nice to have a time of optional accountability checks or reminders. The ideas are great but if it's one and done, they are easy to forget.
Still, overall I think that the app has a lot going for it and the people involved are doing it to serve. Oh! It looks like in the past there have been a lot of interesting webinar-style presentations, and I like that I can still watch them now, but more live sessions or webinars would be great, too. :)

I agree with others here that this seems like a scam! It was advertised that there was a 7 day free trial, and a reminder would be sent that the trial was about to be up before being charged. I used the app twice and was unimpressed. I was about to cancel (before the 7 days) and then I was charged 200 bucks! I followed the instructions to get reimbursed, which was to email them. I have emailed them twice over the past 3 days, and cancelled the subscription. No response! The app also claims that I have been on a 3 week streak of accessing their modules. I signed up a week and a few days ago and used it twice, answering maybe 6 questions! This company that claims to support people with ADHD is not what they claim to be. My next step is to fight it through my PayPal account. I’m so angry!

I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription, due to confusion surrounding my Apple Store stating I didn’t have a subscription as despite downloading the app, the subscription part is managed separately via website. Due to this I thought I was in the clear for paying any charges. They then proceeded to charge me £159. I emailed them 6 days ago and am yet to get a response despite them clearly stating they aim to reply between 24-48 hours.
I also messaged via instagram and was provided with an email that just bounced back continuously. Further direct messages are also being ignored.
Its made me feel really stressed out as this is a lot of money and they are offering 0 support with the situation. They advertise a clear ‘refund’ policy as they consider that forgetfulness is a trait of those who have ADHD, yet their wrap around support and response to such traits is not what I would expect at all. Avoid.

I downloaded this app for a so called “FREE 7 day trial” Bullshi%!! Even after canceling the subscription and deleting the app they charged me $200 a year later!! I even went to the App Store to the Report A Problem page and it says right there in plain sight FREE!! No other emails or subscription requests after that!! As a matter of fact NOT a single email from them EVER!! I checked through all my emails and NOTHING from them!! No confirmation, no membership charge email. NOTHING!!!!!! The only email I got was an email from Discover Card notifying me of their $200 charge. This app is so shady and unethical it should be banned IMMEDIATELY!! Who steals your money without asking and then charges you without informing you by email? Seriously!? I even tried to look up my account and it doesn’t exist because I canceled a year ago. It asked me to sign up for a new account. Called Discover immediately and reported the fraudulent charge and they will take action because this company won’t!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!! SCAM!! SCAM!!

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40 and the Inflow app has been a real lifeline in helping me to both understand myself and to translate that learning into meaningful action. I live in a rural area and having a coach with the app is far more accessible and affordable than the alternatives.

Teaches me amazing techniques to manage things I struggle with everyday. I've noticed improvements in my daily life after using this app, little by little. I'm making appointments in time, no longer that reactive, and feel part of a wider community of people struggling with the same thing. Most of all I've learned acceptance. This is a big claim but its taught me more about my adhd than any psychologist I have gone to...

They way the app is built and feels is simply perfect. I love it!

I can't express enough how much this app has changed my life. Living with ADHD has its daily struggles, but since discovering this gem, I've felt empowered like never before. The incorporation of Behavioral Therapy techniques is nothing short of brilliant. It's evident that the developers truly understand the challenges we face and have crafted a solution that feels tailored to my needs. From the moment I open the app, I feel supported and understood. It's not just an app; it's a lifeline. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating something so impactful. Five stars doesn't even begin to do it justice!

Knowledge, professional & prompt! I couldn’t recommend Inflow enough if you’re struggling with task management because of your add/adhd

It’s great to have a place to go to learn more about how my head works, journal and organise my time. I especially enjoy the live coworking sessions. A great app - I find myself recommending it to others regularly!

I've been using inflow for over a year now, and it has saved my mental health! I use some of the features, but not all of them. The thing I use the most BY FAR is the co-working or focus room sessions. The best way I can describe it is "Adult study hall" via zoom. There is a host that can suggest tools/coping mechanisms when you're really struggling with your ADHD, and they use the pomodoro timer method to add some structure. Literally the best tool for my ADHD I've ever used, hands down!

I like it! Lots of good, well-paced learning material. I like that it's thoughtfully designed for people with ADHD so it doesn't try to be addicting or anything... once you finish your day's bite size lesson it politely tells you you're done. You can learn these things via reading online, but I like that it's in an app (less distracting, more intentional) and has audio (!!). Books/audiobooks are more in depth and probably better but the chunked format of these learning modules are handy and fun. These are to the point and very practical and applicable.
My favorite thing is the access to the pomodoro coworking sessions on zoom, and there is a paid person from Inflow that runs it and fosters a very supportive environment and community and offers ADHD-informed encouragement/advice. These body doubling sessions have singlehandedly finally made me able to work from home.
4 stars because I wish the coworking sessions were daily, and I wish I did the actual courses on the apps more consistently (I think they could do some things to make that easier). I have not used the coaching. I think the subscription for the app is a bit pricey but the coworking sessions completely made it worth it for me after I finally tried it. YMMV, may or may not be your thing, but I'm into it.

InFlow has had an incredible impact on my life. I've gotten knowledge, skills and tools to manage my ADHD which has been wonderful!
The best part of the app though, are the focus rooms and coworking sessions. They are such positive spaces!
I get so much work done because I have the accountability and encouragement I need.
Oh, and if you try the app and accidentally forget to cancel before the trial ends, they will refund you.

I love this app, and I am so shocked about the 1star reviews... There are different subscription options, with a text coach and without one. I have the option with the text coach, which gives me additional external accountability! They do life-changing Zoom FOCUS ROOMS and CO-WORKING sessions; who would have known that working alongside a community of neurodiverse people with wonderful hosts would be so much more helpful than struggling on my own? I am approaching my 1 year anniversary with Inflow and planning to renew - no questions asked. On this point - if you do have questions or issues, I have found the Inflow team super responsive, helpful and supportive in addressing those. There were a few bugs - a year ago, which they fixed and I have not had any real issues with the app since :)
