I guess I got scammed too , I got what other users wrote . First they said they had sent me the medicarion , then they told me DHL had lost my order which doesn't seem to be true , they told me they would refund me the money and they never did , I lost my money but you guys are on time.
If you see below , I used to give them a 5-star rating. They were very good and typical. Now I placed a 370 euro order that they have not shipped from 12/5. 16 days without shipment. All is in stock theoretically. They have not replied to my message addressed to them last week, or to my message through their form, 2 days ago. Tracking of the order does not work. Guess I have lost my money completely.
I have quite the bad experience with getonprep this new year. I have placed my order and payed the costs on 28th of February. Since then the tracking number is visible but UPS says they are still waiting for the parcel handover from getonorep. Asked several times the customer service under my order and nobody giving me any feedback. Im really dissatisfied.

I am very disappointed with the service. The shipment I was expecting has still not arrived, even though the promised delivery time has passed. This is causing me a lot of inconvenience, and I have not received any clear updates on the status of the order. I hope it will be resolved soon and that they will improve communication with customers to avoid situations like this in the future.

I contact the customer service and they immediately send me another one with my phone number attached. I’ll surly recommend Getinprep to my friends.
