Immediate and positive customer service!!
I have never worn leggings. I liked what I saw and read in the Ionix ad. I ordered my first leggings. They weren't really my style when I tried them on. I asked for a refund and got an immediate response saying my refund would show up as soon as my bank could process it. No questions, no challenging communication. I said they didn't work for me and they processed a refund immediately. I couldn't ask for better customer service!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings, it was delivered on May 04th, and someone stole the package, my building super showed me the video. The delivery company left it in an unsecured place, so easy access for anyone to grab. I have left multiple emails, and the response I get is it was delivered. Very disappointed in their customer service. The email address from the reply doesn't work. It goes to Alicia from Ionix. I have sent messages and never got a response

They are fine. I used the sizer to order and they fit well. I don’t see or feel any type of Lift with these. I cannot wear them every day, and would hope that is not the expectation to see results.

Got these for myself and I have to say I love them! The compression is right on point. I wear them daily and even after a wash they don't lose their support. I would probably air dry tho. I feel like the dryer may have shrunk a pair a bit 😆. Other than that I will be ordering more.

their risk free trial doesn't actually exist (Exchange or refund refused).
mine didn't fit. I wrote to them politely, and got an short email back declining to refund or exchange, based on "hygiene reasons", despite the fact I hadn't even opened one packet. So, basically their advertised "risk-free trial" is just BS. I wrote back. No response. Since I've gone looking into it, I see my experience is not at all unique. maybe a class action is in the works. They routinely blow customers off....
