Out 5 items ordered, only two delivered. Delivery boy said out of stock whereas the website shows in stock

Please to consider my complaint as constructive to develop your services with getITA

Since I like getITA product I made an order through your website recently (the order number #1356) but unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied for the reasons below:

1- The main reason to order from getITA is Arco White Flour "00" - 1kg which is not available in Oman, so I ordered 2 Packs with other products, but I was surprised that I received all the products ordered except the Flour…!!!!! , the employee informed me that it is not available!!!!! My question is why the website doesn’t show that is not available when I ordered ….. this is bad

2- I ordered Italian Choco Cookies CRUMIRI with Chocolate and rice flour 250 gr but I received Italian Cookies CRUMIRI with rice flour 250 gr !!!!!!!!

3- I ordered FROZEN HAND-MADE TAGLIATELLE BY FRESCO RESTAURANT Pack: 500 gr × 1, and the packing was very bad and primitive with a normal plastic bag (this supposed to be well packed in a plastic box and sealed mechanically with a very simple machine).

4- I placed the order on Tuesday 9-11-2021 and I received it on Sunday 14-11-2021 !!!! I can understand the shortage of drivers but don’t say you can do it in 48 hours on your website.

I hope my notes will be useful to improve your products services in the future since your prices are not that competitive with the market.

Great service good quality products

I am so glad I got you. Because you are providing Italian products that are difficult to obtain in local markets, especially burrata cheese. But I have a suggestion that you must inform us of the date of delivery the items. In order to be more prepared. And providing an online payment.

1. The driver came to deliver with no change. You don't accept debt cards either. Hence, I gave him a 20 RO note & asked him to deliver the change on the following day. Not very convenient.

2. The price for the Olive Oil bottle is on the higher side. The quality is good.

3. The tomato sauce is good. However, the bottles turned out to be smaller in size than I thought. I tried figuring out the size from the website but couldn't. So, I placed my order based on the supplied pictures.

Happy with the product but had no feedback regarding delivery. Sent an email with no response then had to send a WhatsApp. After the WhatsApp conversation I received the delivery

Really pleased with my Italian food products from Getita! I ❤️ the pizza, olive oil, parmigiana and fresh Parmesan, in particular!

I needed a same day delivery and requested the manager, he promptly had his colleague contact me and got the delivery done in time for dinner. He then followed up the next day to check if my order was fulfilled and if I am satisfied.
Absolutely delightful!

Question is not about the getting same say delivery but about the attention they pay to each customer regardless of the order value, which speaks volumes about the dedication and passion.

Bravo, had made me a lifetime customer.
