Absolutely fantastic service, sent the phone on a Friday received it back the following Tuesday. I liked the emailed status updates as the repair was undertaken, so i knew exactly what was happening to the phone.

I managed to damage the charging socket on my Nexus 7 - nothing worked. I found Get it Repaired online and checked some reviews. I sent it off second class post on a Friday afternoon and was surprised to receive an email from Get it repaired early the following Monday. A short while later I got another email saying it was being looked at. I received several more emails during the morning detailing how the repair was progressing, finally being told that it had been dispatched for next day delivery.
On the Tuesday I received several further email messages from the courier saying when it would be delivered. I could even track where the van was on a map. It arrived shortly after midday.
I was delighted with the whole experience, apart from damaging my Nexus in the first place.
I would recommend Get it Repaired Ltd to anyone. It is a first class service that they should be very proud of.

My Nexus 7 (2nd Gen) failed to boot. I contacted Asus but as it was 1 month over the warranty they weren't interested unless i Paid £75 just to have it collected and checked.
I found GetitRepared on a search and their revues were good, so I sent it off. Unfortunately the logic board had gone kaput, so they tried to get me a 32GB replacement from the states, but were unsuccessful. So I gave them the ok for a 16Gb board. They kept me informed of each step of the repair and even down to the time of return delivery. Nexus now working as it should. Very pleased with the friendly efficient service and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Very disappointed :-( - after finding this company on line to repair a damaged screen on our 14 year old daughters I pad mini ... We happily sent it off to be repaired in one of the pre paid boxes ... It was quickly returned to us ... Only to discover the screen wasn't working properly. So off it had to go again .( in another pre paid box !!) .. After waiting almost 3 weeks and 2 phone calls later we got it back only to discover they had wiped the I pad mini of all it's previous data !! I know we should of backed it up ... But as it was only a damaged screen ( it was working perfectly fine-- just obscured viewing ) we felt it would be ok. I understand they had to replace the logic board ( whatever that is ??) but as they were able to contact us wouldn't it of been an idea for them to check the data was backed up or ask for the pass code to enable them to do it for us reinstating everything into the repaired I pad mini ??? After speaking to them on the phone they made us feel that we should be grateful that they repaired the logic board free of charge ... As the logic board fault occurred whilst in their care --- surely they are responsible ??? So now we have a very distressed daughter ... Whose lost precious photographs of friends and family :-( --- VERY DISAPPOINTED ... By the way the man I spoke to at Getitrepaired agreed with me that it would of been an idea for them to have got the passcode and saved the data ....

My daughters mobile phone charging port became loose. Cables were dropping out. I found this company. Price was very cheap. Good reviews too. So I ordered and posted it Monday. Had constant hourly emails from them Tuesday until it was dispatched. Received first thing Wednesday morning perfectly fixed.
How they manage to fix in this timescale is beyond me. I highly recommend them and will certainly be using them for future repairs.
Broke screen on 1st generation Nexus 7. Seamless repair , very quick return. exceptional communication through all stages. would highly recommend for broken screen on tablet or phone.

I got the charging port on my Nexus 7 rapaired, opting for the prepaid postage box service. The turn around was extremely quick - fixed and put back in the post on the day they recieved it. Lots of progress updates.
I phone 4 had a dodgy silence button, and would continually vibrate when acivated.Placed an order online on Monday this week, sent to get it repaired using their prepaid delivery box that arrived on the Tuesday, Repaired on the Wednesday and back in my hands by 10.45 am this morning.!!E-mails every step of the way keeping me updated with the status of the repair and even when it was to be returned. I cannot recommend highly enough. Should get another year at least from the phone before I may need to change(I like the iphone 4 because it is not too big , unlike its replacements.

I now have an extremely upset son, who was very excited about getting back his tablet for Christmas.
The promise was to receive the product back in factory condition, it isn't at all, and I'm afraid for this reason I would not recommend this company to others.

Amazing turnround of my ipad needing a new screen - fixed and dispatched in one day. Lots of emails advising of status. Price was OK, not cheapest but big saving over apple. Main problem is that the edges of the glass are quite rough, which is a big change from what apple provide. Doesn't affect function though, and many ipad covers hide it.
Cracked the screen on my Samsung S4. Decided to try Get It Repaired after reading good reviews. Do not hesitate to use them. First class service, decided to use their pre-pay postal service. Phone came back good as new. Lots of e-mails from them to keep you updated as to the progress of the repair.
